USER MANUAL WB-129076 Emerio
1. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the
appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
2. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
3. Children shall not play with the appliance.
4. The appliance is not suitable for installation in an area
where a water jet could be used.
5. The appliance must not be cleaned by a water jet.
6. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
7. This appliance is for commercial use, intended to be used
in similar applications such as: tea cafes, hospitals, canteens, stations…
8. When cleaning, the appliance must not be immersed.
9. Regarding the instructions for cleaning the surfaces which
come in contact with food, please refer to the paragraph “cleaning and maintenance” of the manual.

check that the voltage and frequency comply with the specifications on the rating label.
13. Disconnect the mains plug from the socket when the
appliance is not in use and before cleaning.

and keep it away from hot objects and open flames.

Risk of scalding! The outside of the appliance reaches the same temperature as its contents when it is heated up. Do not touch the outside of the appliance, as this may involve scalding or burning. Always use the lid handle to lift the lid. Only lift the appliance by its handles. Steam may be emitted from the tap when drawing off water or from the lid when you lift it off. BEFORE USE If you are using the appliance for the first time, it is recommended that you clean the appliance before use by boiling the water and then discarding the water. OPERATION
2. Fill with the desired amount of fresh water to the appliance. Do not fill the water over the maximum level.
You can also fill the appliance with the desired other beverages. The appliance is not intended to heat milk products like chocolate milk. When heating milk products the fat in the milk will stick to the heating plate causing the thermic safety to activate.
3. Replace the lid and slide the lid lock button to the lock position.
NOTE: Ensure that the lid is firmly in place before connecting the power cord to the outlet.
4. Connect the plug into a power outlet. Rotate the temperature control knob to your desired temperature
(30-100℃). Press the On/Off switch button to position “ I ” and the appliance starts to heat. The red heating light will be illuminated. When it reaches the set temperature, the green keeping warm light will light up and the appliance will start to keep warm.
5. You can get the water by the tap. Be careful, boiling water will scald!
6. If the water temperature drops about 5-6℃, the appliance will start to heat the water again.
7. In all cases it will be necessary to regularly check the water level to ensure that this appliance does not
burn out. We recommend you to turn the appliance off when there are less than three cups of water inside.

BOIL DRY Always make sure there is a sufficient level of water in the appliance when in use to avoid any damage to the appliance. This applaince has a boil dry function, when appliance boils dry, this function will be active automatically and the fuse of the heating element will cut off automatically, which can avoid the appliance being burned out. If the safety cut off activates, please switch off the appliance and remove the plug from the mains and do not use until inspected by a person qualified to do so.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1) Be sure to unplug the unit, pour out any remaining water, and cool off before cleaning.
2) The maximum and minimum ambient temperatures for correct operation is 10℃ to 38℃.
3) Do not immerse the appliance in water.
4) Add a bit of hot water, brush sides, and rinse with hot water.
5) Use a soft cloth to wipe the surface. Do not use abrasive materials to avoid scratching.
6) This appliance must not be cleaned by water jet.
7) Follow this cleaning and maintenance process regularly on daily routine together with regular descaling
process to avoid limescale build up which might reduce the lifetime of the appliance. The ferric oxide of running water can lead to discolor. It can be removed by following steps:
1) Cut a lemon into four, wrap the lemon in a cloth and put inside the water tank.
2) Pour water up to the “MAX” water level indicator.
3) Boil the water and make sure the mixture remains inside the unit for about one hour.
4) Pour out the water and use a nylon brush to scrub the water tank.
5) To remove the smell of the lemon, boil water again and dispose of the water.
