| Temperature | Level of cooking |

Table 6
The reversible grill plate has the following sides:
| Type of plate | Grilled food |
| Grill plate | Meat, chicken, skewers, vegetables |
| Crêpe plate | Crêpes, fried eggs, etc. |
Table 7
Grilling on the grill plate
You can prepare meat (e.g. rump steak, minced meat, etc.), fish and many other delicious dishes on the grill plate. How much you need to cook the food depends on the type of meat or fish, the cooking time, the initial temperature of the food to be grilled and its thickness. Do not cut the meat or fish too thick as otherwise it will not cook thoroughly. The cooking time for meat or fish depends on personal taste. During cooking, turn the food from time to time. (See Table 3
EN
Raclette with pans
Fill the pans with chopped ingredients according to taste. Top with cheese and heat under the grill until the cheese melts.
The most suitable types of cheese are raclette cheese or other cheeses with a fat content of over 45%.
IMPORTANT
- Do not use cold-pressed oils such as olive oil as frying fat, as these have poor frying properties at high temperatures.
- High temperatures (up to 250°C) cause residues of oil, meat juices, spices, etc. to form on the hot grill surface and reduce the non-stick effect.
- This residue is difficult or impossible to remove from the grill surface. Therefore, only use highly heatable oils!
Gratinating
With the raclette, you can cover the food that you prepare on the grill and then put in the pans with gratinated cheese. Sprinkle grated cheese over the food in the pan or place it in slices on top. Place the pans under the grill. The lower plate heats the pans from above by radiant heat. Finish gratinating as soon as the cheese is crispy and golden.
