3 Operation

3.1 Preparation

  1. Remove all packaging and sticker materials and dispose of them according to the applicable legal regulations.
  2. Before using the appliance for the first time, clean parts which come into contact with food (see the "Cleaning and care" section).

3.2 Using the mixer

  1. Make sure that the power cord has been disconnected from the wall socket and the speed control (2) and accessory release switch (1) is set to speed 0 prior to attaching the beater or dough hooks to the mixer.
  2. Insert the beaters (6) or kneading hooks (7) into the accessory slots for beaters and dough hooks (5) on the mixer until they lock into place.

Insert dough hook (7) in the larger of the two accessory slots (5).

The beaters (6) can be inserted in either of the two accessory slots (5).

  1. Insert the plug into the wall socket.

  2. Dip the beaters (6) or kneading hooks (7) into the food mixture before switching the hand mixer on.

  3. Set the speed control (2) to the desired speed (1 to 4 speed settings).

Select a suitable speed level, depending on the type of food. While mixing, you can press the Turbo button (3) to briefly raise the speed level to the maximum speed. The speed of the Turbo button (3) corresponds to the level 4 of the speed control (2).

WARNING: Here, the standard load means the added flour should be less than 900g in every time blend and the added water ratio should be around 72g of water for each 100g of flour.

  1. After you finish operation, set the speed control (2) to speed 0. Disconnect the plug from the wall socket. Wait for the appliance to come to a complete standstill and then pull out the beaters/kneading hook from the food mixture.
  2. Hold the beaters (6) or kneading hooks (7) with one hand and push the accessory release switch (1).

- The beaters (6) or kneading hooks (7) will be released.

WARNING: Never press the accessory release switch (1) unless the speed control is on position 0 and the appliance is disconnected from the wall socket.

3 Operation

3.3 Mixing on the stand

WARNING: When attaching the mixer to the housing, make sure that the whiskers and kneading hooks are not attached.

  1. Start from the rear part of the mixer to place it into its housing.
  2. Click will be heard.
  3. Press the housing opening button to lift the housing.
  4. Fit the whisker/kneading hook with double notches to the small accessory housing (5), and fit the whisker/kneading hook with a single notch to the large accessory housing (5).
  5. Put the ingredients into the mixing bowl.
  6. Press the housing opening button to close the housing downwards.
  7. Click will be heard.
  8. Operate the appliance (see 3.2)
  9. Once mixing/kneading is done, set the speed controller to "0" and unplug the appliance.
  10. Press the housing opening button to lift the housing.
  11. Grab the whiskers or kneading hooks by one hand and press the accessory detaching button.
  12. Press the mixer detaching button to take out the mixer.

For better results, use it for at least 200 ml mixtures.

4 Information

4.1 Cleaning and care

WARNING: Never use petrol solvents, abrasive cleaners, metal objects or hard brushes to clean the appliance.

  1. Turn the appliance off and disconnect it from the wall socket.
  2. Let the appliance cool down completely.
  3. Use a damp and soft cloth to clean the outer surface of the appliance and the stand.

WARNING: Never put the appliance or power cord in water or any other liquids and never hold them under running water.

  1. Use some dishwashing liquid and hot water to clean the whiskers (6), kneading hooks (7) and the bowl. Then dry all parts thoroughly. Whiskers and kneading hooks are dishwasher-safe.

Before using the appliance after cleaning, dry all parts carefully using a soft towel.

4.2 Storage

  • If you do not plan to use the appliance for a long period of time, please store it carefully.
  • Make sure the appliance is unplugged and completely dry.
    • Store the appliance in a cool, dry place.
  • Make sure the appliance is kept out of the reach of children.

4.3 Handling and transportation

  • During handling and transportation, carry the appliance in its original packaging. The packaging of the appliance protects it against physical damages.
