How to install the mixer bowl?

Before any operation, turn off the appliance. Unlock and raise the mixer head using the lever, position the bowl and rotate it to lock. Follow the reverse instructions to remove.

What accessories are provided and what are they used for?

Three accessories are included: the beater for firm mixtures (cake batter, glazes, purees), the spiral dough hook for heavy mixtures (bread dough, pie dough) and the whisk for light mixtures (whipped cream, egg whites, mayonnaise).

How to change the accessory?

Turn off the appliance. Raise the mixer head. Push the accessory upward and turn it to the right to remove. Insert the new accessory by pushing upward and turning to the left to lock. Then lower the head until the lever is locked.

What speed to use for each accessory?

For the beater: speed 1-2. For the dough hook: speed 0-1. For the whisk: speed 2-3. Always start at low speed.

What to do if the appliance does not start?

Check that the appliance is plugged in and turned on. Check the socket and cord: if damaged, contact a technician. The internal or socket fuse may have blown; replace it. Ensure the power supply is working.

Why is my mixer noisy?

If the mixer overheats, turn it off immediately. This may be due to excessive load or prolonged use. Remove some contents or let the appliance cool for 30 minutes before reuse.

The accessory is not turning correctly, what to do?

WARNING: The Planetary Mixer is heavy; care must be taken when moving it.

Assembly

WARNING: The bowl must be aached prior to starng the mixer

NOTE: Ensure the mixer is level to reduce vibraon during operaon

Remove the mixer from all packaging

Fing / Removing the Bowl

1. Turn o the appliance
2. Unlock the mixer head using the lever and raise head to upright posion
3. Place bowl into posion and twist to lock
4. Reverse process to unlock and remove bowl

Changing the Mixer Aachment

1. Turn o the appliance
2. Unlock the mixer head using the lever and raise head to upright posion
3. Push the mixer aachment up and to the right to release it
4. Insert the desired aachment. Push up and to the le to lock into place.
5. Lower the mixer head unl lever locks.

This appliance is supplied with a 3 pin, moulded, BS1363 plug and lead, with a 13 amp fuse as standard. The plug is to be connected to a suitable mains socket.
