How to turn the device on and off?

To turn on the device, press the ON/OFF button on the unit or remote control. To turn it off completely, hold down the On/Off button (▶/■) for a few seconds, then press OFF. Always disconnect the adapter after use.

How to choose an automatic program?

Press the P button on the remote control or the programming button on the unit to cycle through the 4 automatic programs (P1 to P4). Each program combines vibration and massage in a predefined cycle lasting 10 minutes.

What is the difference between manual programs M0 and M1?

Program M0 offers only a vibration function, while M1 combines vibration and Shiatsu massage. Both allow you to adjust the duration (1 to 10 minutes) and speed (1 to 15 levels).

How to set the massage duration?

Before starting a manual program (M0 or M1), use the T+ and T- buttons on the remote control, or the + and - buttons on the unit, to select a duration between 1 and 10 minutes. Once the program starts, the duration cannot be changed.

How to adjust the massage speed?

During a program, press the S+ (increase) or S- (decrease) buttons on the remote control to adjust the speed among the 15 levels available. This is only possible in manual mode.

Where can the device be used on the body?

The device is designed to be used on the soles of the feet, legs, and back. Do not use it on the neck, waist, or any other area not mentioned in the manual. Avoid putting your full weight on the device.

How to clean the device?

Instructions for Use

Operating features

Speeds from 1 to 15.

Six specifically designed programmes.

Note:

The device is designed to be used on the sole of the foot, the legs and back. Do not use it on the waist, neck or other parts of the body not described in this manual. Do not use the device for purposes other than those specified in this manual and the exercise guide.

1. Place the unit (1) on a flat, level surface.
2. Plug one end of the adapter (2) into the mains and the other into the power jack (3).

3. The functions of the Gymform® Leg Action can be selected on the control panel (5) on the device or on the remote control (7), as described below. The remote control runs on two AAA batteries (not included). Insert them into the battery compartment by following the polarity marks.

4. To turn the device on and off, press the ON/OFF button (8) 🔊.

5. When the device is on, press the "P" button (14) on the remote control to choose one of the Gymform® Leg Action's four automatic programmes (P1, P2, P3 and P4). Press the "M" button (15) on the remote control to choose one of the two manual programmes (M0 and M1). To choose the programme on the device, just press the Programme button (P) on the device (16). Press this button to switch from automatic to manual programmes. The chosen setting is shown on the display panels (18).

1. To start and stop the chosen programme, press the Start/Stop button ▶ (9).

2. It is not possible to set the time or speed on automatic programmes.

3. If you choose one of the two manual programmes (M0 and M1), you can set a time of 1 to 10 minutes before starting the programme.

- Press the Less Time button (T-) (11) on the remote control or the - button on the unit (20) to reduce the time.

- Press the More Time button (T+) (10) on the remote control or the + button on the unit (21) to increase the time.

1. Once you have chosen the time, press the Start/Stop button ▶ (9) on the remote control or the Start button ▶ (19) on the device to start the programme. When the programme begins, you can set the speed (from 1 to 15) at any time.

- Press the More Speed button (S+) (12) to increase the speed.

- Press the Less Speed button (S-) (13) to reduce the speed.

1. To turn off the device, first press the Start/Stop button ▶ (9) on the remote control or the stop button on the device □ (17). Then press the ON/OFF button on the device to turn it completely off.

2. Disconnect the device from the mains after use.

The device can also be used on the legs and back. Consult the exercise guide on how to use the product.

NOTE: Never apply all your weight on the device, as this may damage it.

CLEANING

Always unplug the device from the mains before cleaning it.

Wipe the device and foot pads (4) with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use abrasive or corrosive cleaners. The foot pads can be removed for easy cleaning (4).
