Frequently Asked Questions - 57504 HYUNDAI

How to connect the Hyundai 57504 high-pressure cleaner?
Connect a garden hose to the water inlet (3), screw the high-pressure hose (12) to the gun handle and the machine, then plug into a 230 V socket protected by a 30 mA residual-current circuit breaker.
How to use the soap tank?
Unscrew the tank cap (11), add a non-flammable detergent (pH 6-8), then screw back on. Pull the nozzle to activate soap refill and push to deactivate. Never press the trigger during filling.
What to do if pressure is low or unstable?
Check the water inlet filter and clean it. Make sure the garden hose is fully open. Clean the nozzle with the provided tool. If the problem persists, check the connections to avoid air leaks.
How to clean a clogged nozzle?
Stop the machine and close the tap. Use the cleaning tool (16) to unclog the nozzle opening (17). If the spray is still uneven, disassemble the lance and clean it.
What are the essential safety instructions?
Always wear goggles, hearing protection, a dust mask, and gloves. Never point the spray at yourself, others, the machine, or electrical sources. Disconnect the device before any maintenance.
How to adjust the water spray?
Turn the nozzle (10) left for a point jet (high pressure) or right for a fan jet (reduced pressure). Adjust the distance to the surface for optimal results.
What does automatic motor shutdown mean?
In case of overheating, the motor stops. Wait 5 to 10 minutes for it to cool before restarting. If the problem recurs, contact your dealer.
How to store the device after use?
Close the tap, press the trigger to release pressure, lock the trigger with the safety catch. Unplug. For storage over 3 months, circulate antifreeze in the pump.
Can I use hot water?
Yes, but the water temperature must not exceed 50 °C (technical specification). Hotter water may damage the pump.
What to do if detergent doesn't come out?
Clean the soap tank with hot water. Check that the nozzle is in 'soap' position (pulled). Make sure the tank is properly engaged and the filter is not clogged.
