Frequently Asked Questions - WC106 Perel

How to set the time on the WC106?
To set the time, slowly turn the minute knob (B5) clockwise. At around 11:30, you will hear a signal indicating that the internal calendar mechanism is ready. After 2-3 seconds, continue turning to 12:00 for a second signal. The clock must be turned off (ON/OFF button on OFF) during the adjustment.
How to set the calendar (day, date, month, year)?
First turn off the clock (ON/OFF button to OFF). For the year, remove the digits from the compartment (C4) and insert the desired ones. For the day, turn the B3 knob until the correct day is displayed. For the date, activate the function with B2 and wait for it to rotate to the desired date, then set to OFF. For the month, turn B1 until the desired month. Then turn the clock back on.
What batteries to use for the WC106?
The clock requires 2 x C/LR14 (1.5 V) batteries and the calendar requires 1 x AA/LR6 (1.5 V) battery. Batteries are not included. Use quality alkaline batteries. Observe the polarity indicated in the compartments (C1 and C2).
How to change the batteries of the WC106?
Open the battery compartments located at the back of the device (C1 for the clock, C2 for the calendar). Remove the old batteries while respecting polarity and insert new batteries. Close the covers. If the device remains unused for a long time, remove the batteries to prevent leakage.
What to do if the clock does not work?
First check that the batteries are correctly inserted and in good condition (no leakage). If the problem persists, check the time setting: the minute hand should rotate freely. Consult the manual for settings. If nothing works, contact after-sales service or your retailer.
Can I mount the WC106 on the wall?
Yes, the device is equipped with an eyelet (C3) for wall mounting. Make sure to securely attach the clock to a suitable wall. Follow safety precautions to prevent falls.
How to clean the WC106?
Clean the device occasionally with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals, solvents, or strong detergents. Avoid water entering the interior of the device.
Is the device suitable for children?
This device can be used by children aged at least 8 years, under adult supervision. Children must not play with the device. Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out by children without supervision.
What to do in case of malfunction?
Check the batteries and settings. If the problem persists, consult the warranty: 24 months for manufacturing defects. Contact your retailer with the purchase receipt and a description of the defect. Do not attempt to repair the device yourself, as this will void the warranty.
