How to fold the Joolz Hub+ stroller?

To fold the stroller, first lock the swivel front wheels. Then lower the handlebar and follow the folding instructions in the manual. Make sure your child is away from moving parts.

How to clean the stroller cover?

Clean the cover with warm water and soap. Rinse with cold water and let dry. Never use bleach or chemical detergents.

What type of batteries for the LED lighting?

The LED lighting operates with 2 AAA batteries. Batteries are not included. Observe polarity and do not mix new and used batteries.

Up to what weight and height can my child use the stroller?

The seat is designed for children at least 6 months old, up to a maximum weight of 22 kg and a maximum height of 100 cm.

Is the Joolz Hub+ stroller compatible with car seats?

Yes, the stroller is compatible with Joolz car seats and other approved brands. Only use accessories provided or approved by Joolz.

How to maintain the wheels for smooth rolling?

Regularly (about once a month) treat the wheels and metal parts with a Teflon or silicone spray to ensure smooth rolling.

What to do if a part of the stroller is damaged or missing?

Do not use the stroller if a part is damaged, worn, or missing. Contact your dealer or Joolz for spare parts.

Can I use the stroller for jogging?

No, the Joolz Hub+ stroller is not suitable for jogging or roller skating. It is designed for normal urban use.

How to lock the swivel front wheels?

The swivel front wheels are locked using a mechanism on each wheel. Make sure to lock them before folding the stroller to avoid tire deformation.

What is the warranty for the Joolz Hub+ stroller?

Joolz offers a lifetime warranty if you register your stroller at register.joolz.com within 6 months of purchase. Otherwise, you receive a 2-year warranty. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects.

+ This product is not suitable for running or skating.

+ To avoid injury, ensure that your child/children are kept away when adjusting, unfolding and folding this product.

+ Be aware of finger entrapment when folding or unfolding the pram/stroller. Due care should be exercised.

+ Ensure that all locking devices are engaged before use.

+ Check that the cot/pram/carriage, seat unit or car seat attachment devices are correctly engaged before use.

+ The Joolz Hubcarrycot and seat unit are only compatible with the Joolz Hub ^1 chassis and vice versa.

+ Any load attached to the pushbar and/or on the back of the backrest and/or on the sides of the vehicle will affect the stability of the vehicle.

+ Parcels or accessory items, or both, placed on the unit may cause the unit to become unstable. Excessive weight may cause a hazardous unstable condition.

+ The carrycot or seat unit can each carry only one child at a time

+ Only use car seats, replacement or spare parts and accessories that are supplied or approved by Joolz.

+ For car seats used in conjunction with a chassis they not replace a cot or a bed. Should your child need to sleep, then it should be placed in a suitable cot/pram or bed.

+ Check this product and accessories regularly for signs of damage and tear.

+ Do not use the pushchair if any of the parts are damaged, torn or missing.

+ Always apply the swivel lock on the front wheels before folding the pushchair. Failing to do so can lead to deformation of the tyres, especially in a hot environment.

+ The brakes should always be engaged when placing and removing the children.

+ The maximum weight of the shopping basket is 5 kg/11 lbs.

+ Make sure that children do not climb into the pushchair.

+ For USA the seat unit is tested for

a maximum weight of 50 lbs. and maximum height of 40 inch.

+ The seat unit is not suitable for children under 6 months.

+ Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out. Always use the restraint system.

Each LED requires 2 x 1.5V AAA batteries. Batteries not included.

The aluminium parts of your Hub ^® pushchair are anodized to protect it from external influences such as corrosion. Anodized aluminium parts are vulnerable to acidic cleaners or grease, which can cause stains and discoloration of the aluminium parts. We therefore advise you to clean the aluminium parts of your pushchair with warm water and a soft cloth.

WARRANTY

Joolz offers lifetime warranty on the Joolz Hub*. The warranty covers all material and manufacturing faults, but not the exchange or return of the product. To be eligible for the lifetime warranty, call you have to do is register your Joolz pushchoir on register.joolz.com within six months of purchase and keep your original proof of purchase including a purchase date. If you do not register your Joolz pushchair within six months after purchase, you will receive a two-year warranty.

The warranty is only valid if you supply the following items to your retailer along with the defective product: 1) Your warranty certificate,
2) Any form of personal identification,
3) A copy of the receipt of purchase (including a purchase date),
4) A detailed description of the defect.

You will receive the warranty certificate after you have registered your Joolz pushchair on our website register.joolz.com.

If your retailer cannot assist you with your complaint, contact Joolz. Please note, any repairs do not extend the warranty period.

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

1) Defects caused by ordinary wear and tear, such as worn wheels and fabrics by everyday use, scratches on the aluminium and/or metal and natural discolouration of materials over time or by not following the maintenance instructions.

3) Damage caused by accidents, improper use, negligence, fire, contact with liquids or another external cause.
4) Damage resulting from non-compliance with the instruction manual, instruction movies or other Joolz guidelines.

• Make sure storage latch is engaged when lifting or carrying the pram/stroller.
