How to clean the appliance?

How long does it take to preheat the appliance?

Preheating is complete when the green indicator light turns on. This usually takes a few minutes. The green light may turn off and on again during use to maintain temperature.

No, never use the appliance unattended. Supervise children and keep them away from the appliance during operation.

What to do in case of a burn?

In case of a burn, immediately run cold water over the affected area and call a doctor if necessary.

• Place your appliance on a flat, stable and heat-resistant surface.
• To clean the plates, open the appliance using the lid closing latch (3) - C.
• Close the appliance - D.
• Plug the cord into the mains - E : the red light will light up (1) - F.
• Allow the appliance to pre-heat - G : the green light will light up (2) showing that the appliance is ready to use - H.

• The green light goes out and lights up again regularly during the cooking process, to show that the temperature is maintained.

• Open the appliance and carefully pour the batter on the lower plate - I - J. Do not let it overflow into the groove along the edges.

• Close the appliance - K.
• Leave the preparations to cook for the desired time - L.
• Unplug the appliance when cooking is complete - 0.
• Leave it to cool down at least 2 hours - P.

Cleaning

• Check that the appliance is unplugged before cleaning.
• Clean the plates and body of the appliance using a clean cloth, hot water and washing-up liquid - Q.
• The appliance and its power supply cord must not be put in the dishwasher.
