caring for carrycot plus™
- Fabrics can be sponge cleaned with warm water, using a mild natural soap.
- Do not submerge carrycot plus ™, its fabric wall or steel frame in water.
- carrycot plus ™ mattress may be hand washed in warm water with mild natural soap.
- Improper care will void any warranties. Do not use carrycot plus™ if deterioration is detected or suspected.
- Do not tumble dry. Line dry only. Do not wring.
- Do not use any solvents or bleach based products as these may harm the materials.
- Dry your carrycot plus ™ thoroughly before storage. Store in a well ventilated space, away from direct sunlight which could damage or fade your carrycot's colour.

- carrycot plus ™ in modes A, B and C is only suitable for a child who cannot sit up unaided.
- Never use this product as a means to transport an infant in a motor vehicle.

All of our products have a one year warranty from date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship.*
Additionally, when you register your product online within 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a 2 year warranty free of charge.

WARNINGS
European safety standard states:
IMPORTANT: Read the instructions carefully before use and keep them for future reference. Your child's safety may be affected if you do not follow these instructions.
- When in carrycot mode (modes A, B and C) this product is only suitable for a child who cannot sit up unaided. - The carrycot should be used for one or two children to a maximum weight of 9kg per child. • Use only on firm ground which is horizontal, level and dry. • Only use the mattress supplied by the manufacturer, and do not add another mattress on top of it. • Do not use if any part of the carrycot is broken, torn or missing. • The handles and the bottom of the carrycot should be inspected regularly for signs of damage and wear. • Do not let other children play unattended near the carrycot. • Be aware of the risk of open fire and other source of strong heat, such as electric bar heaters, gas fires, etc. in the near vicinity of carrycot.
- Use only replacement parts supplied or approved by the manufacturer. • Before carrying or lifting, make sure that the handle is in the correct position of use. - The head of the child in the carrycot should never be lower than the body of the child. • If present, carry handles must be left out of the carrycot when used on a
stroller. • Check that the carrycot attachment devices are correctly engaged before use on a stroller. • The parent facing seat should be used for one or two children to a maximum weight of 15kg per child. • Always use the restraint system in the parent facing seat. Always use the crotch strap in combination with the waist belt. • Check that the parent facing seat unit attachment devices are correctly engaged before use. • When using the parent facing seat mode, and when using the carrycot on a stroller, do not leave your child unattended.

WARNINGS
American safety standard states:
Failure to follow these warnings and the instructions could result in serious injury or death. • SUFFOCATION HAZARD – Infants have suffocated: In gaps between extra padding and side of the carrycot, and on soft bedding.
- Use ONLY the pad provided by the manufacturer.
- NEVER add a pillow, comforter, or another mattress for padding. • FALL HAZARD – To help prevent falls, do not use the carrycot when the infant begins to push up on hands and knees or has reached 20lbs, whichever comes first. • To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians
recommend healthy infants be placed on their backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician. • Strings can cause strangulation! Do not place items with a string around a child's neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords. • Do not suspend strings over a carrycot or attach strings to toys. • If a sheet is used with the pad, use only the one provided by the carrycot manufacturer or one specifically designed to fit the dimension of the carrycot mattress. • The parent facing seat should be used for one or two children to a maximum weight of 33lbs per child. • Always use the safety harness in the parent facing seat to avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out. • When using the parent facing seat mode and when using the carrycot on a stroller, do not leave your child unattended.

WARNINGS
Australia / New Zealand safety standard states:
To avoid injury or death: • Follow the manufacturer's instructions.
• The carrycot should be used for one or two children to a maximum weight of 9kg per child. • Do not use this carrycot once the child can sit up unaided. • The parent
facing seat should be used for one or two children to a maximum weight of 15kg per child. • Whilst in parent facing seat, secure child firmly in harness at all times. • When not in use, disconnect parent facing seat shoulder straps from the waist buckle, as harness can form loops that can lead to strangulation. • When using the parent facing seat, DO NOT leave your child unattended.

WARNINGS
Canadian safety standard states:
- Do not use this carrycot if you cannot exactly follow the instructions that come with it. • Do not use this carrycot for a child who can roll over or who has reached 9kg. - Do not place in or near this carrycot; cords, straps or similar items that could become wrapped around a child's neck. • Do not place this carrycot near a window or a patio door where a child could reach the cord of a blind or curtain and be strangled. • Check this carrycot regularly before using it and do not use it if any parts are loose or missing or if there are any signs of damage. Do not substitute parts. Contact the manufacturer if replacement parts or additional instructions are needed.
