How to turn each EZpin on and off?

Each EZpin turns on and off via the included IRC-6 remote control. The ON/OFF button on the remote activates or deactivates the LEDs of the entire pack.

What is the battery life?

The maximum battery life is 10 hours in continuous use. Full charging time is approximately 7 hours.

How to charge the batteries?

Use the provided multi-charger. Connect each EZpin via USB cable to the charger. The LED indicators on the EZpin turn red during charging and green once fully charged. Do not charge for more than 24 hours.

Can I use the EZpin Pack 4 outdoors?

No, the device is designed for indoor use only (IP20). Do not expose it to rain or moisture.

How to mount the EZpin at height?

Use a suitable mounting bracket and always a safety cable. Maintain a distance of at least 50 cm from adjacent surfaces for ventilation.

What to do if the device does not turn on?

Check that the battery is charged. If the battery is completely discharged, connect the charger and wait a few minutes before turning on. If the problem persists, contact Chauvet support.

How to clean the device?

Always disconnect the device before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use flammable or abrasive products.

Can I use other remote controls?

The EZpin Pack 4 is only compatible with the Chauvet IRC-6 remote. Other infrared remotes may not work.

What to do if the battery heats up during charging?

Slight warmth is normal. If the battery becomes too hot, the charger may stop automatically. Let it cool before recharging. Do not charge in a closed container.

To Begin

Unpack your EZpin Pack 4 and make sure you have received all parts in good condition. If the box or contents appear damaged, notify the carrier immediately, not Chauvet.

Product Overview

AC Power

This product has an external auto-ranging power supply that works with an input voltage range of 100 to 240 VAC, 50/60 Hz. The output voltage is 5 VDC, 2.4 A (4 outputs).

To eliminate wear and improve its lifespan, during periods of non-use completely disconnect the product from power via breaker or by unplugging it.

Multi-Charger Overview

Battery Power

Each EZpin product comes with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery for cable-free operation.

The indicator on the EZpin shows red when the battery is charging, and green when it is fully charged.

Do not charge the batteries in a closed container.

Battery Charge Notes

• Avoid depleting the battery below 10% .
  • For best results, charge the battery in a temperature between 32 °F (0 °C), and 95 °F (35 °C).
• When charging the battery, keep the product at least 1 m from any open flame or hot plate.
• If the battery is completely discharged, the device cannot be turned on immediately when the charger is connected. Allow a depleted battery to charge for a few minutes before turning on the device.
• While charging, the device may heat up. This is normal and should not affect the device's lifespan or performance. If the battery gets hotter than usual, the charger may stop charging.
• Do not charge the batteries in a closed container.
• Do not charge the battery for more than 24 hours.
