Read these instructions carefully before switching on the appliance and keep them for future reference. Failure to follow and observe these instructions could lead to an accident.
SAFETY ADVICE AND WARN- INGS
- CAUTION: Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.
- The appliance must not be placed below a power socket.
- Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
- Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are supervised.
- Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.
- This appliance is not a toy. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Do not use the appliance near bathtubs, showers or swimming pools.
- WARNING: This appliance is not equipped with a device to control the room temperature. Do not use this appliance in small rooms when they are occupied by persons not capable or leaving the room on their own, unless constant supervision is provided.
- CAUTION: In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent
resetting of the thermal protector, this appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility.
- If the connection to the mains has been damaged, it must be replaced, take the appliance to an authorised technical support service. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the appliance by yourself in order to avoid a hazard.
- This appliance is for household use only, not professional, industrial use.

USE AND CARE:
- Do not use the appliance if the on/off switch does not work.

If the model of your appliance does not have the accessories described above, they can also be bought separately from the Technical Assistance Service.
INSTALLATION:
- Install the appliance away from flammable material such as textiles, cardboard or paper, etc.
- Install the appliance a minimum distance of 50cm away from combustible materials, such as curtains, furniture ...
- Ensure that neither the air access nor exit become either totally or partially covered by drapery, clothing, etc., as this increases the risk of fire.
- The appliance requires suitable ventilation in order to work properly. Leave a space of 30 cm between walls or other obstacles and 60 cm from the floor.
- Do not cover or obstruct any of the openings of the appliance.
- The plug must be easily accessible so it can be disconnected in an emergency.
- To achieve the highest efficiency from the appliance it should be situated in a place where the atmospheric temperature is between 12 and 32°C.
- To achieve the highest efficiency from the appliance and so as to be able to install the appliance on a cold wall (an exterior wall) and below a window. But never obstructing or covering a ventilation area.
- The appliance should work well with its wall support attached or with its base/feet attached.
- The appliance has a wall bracket (D) which must be fixed to the wall.
- Ensure that the appliance is properly and safely fixed in his working position with screws. To avoid damaging the appliance, on recommend to use only the holes specifically made by the manufacturer.
ASSEMBLING THE WALL BRACKET:
- The appliance has a wall bracket (D) on which it can be supported.
- Taking into account the separation distances mentioned above, place the wall support in the required position and mark the drilling points on the wall. (Fig.1).
- Drill into the wall where marked and insert the rawlplugs. (Fig.1).
- Place the wall support (D) by matching the holes with the rawlplugs and screw in firmly. (Fig.1).
- Make sure that the bracket is firmly fixed; it should be able to support twice the weight of the appliance.
- Screw the L-shape (E) onto the appliance using the screws (H).
- Fit the appliance into the wall bracket (D) and screw L-shape to the wall.
ASSEMBLING THE STONES:
- The appliance has two finishes, charcoal or stone.
- If you want to finish the stone, see the instructions (Fig.2).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
BEFORE USE:
- Make sure that all products' packaging has been removed.
- To eliminate the smell given off by the appliance when used for the first time, it is recommended to have it on at full power for 2 hours in a well-ventilated room.
USE:
- Unroll the cable completely before plugging it in.
- Connect the appliance to the mains.
- Turn the appliance on, by using the on/off switch (B).
- Turn the appliance on, by using the on/off button (a) or (I). This button activates / deactivates all functions of the control panel, the remote control and the effect of the flame.
- The screen goes off after 30 seconds without pressing any button. To turn on the screen press the on/off button again.
HEAT INTENSITY
- Press the (d) or (II) button to select the heating power.
- Press +/- to select the temperature desired for each power (from 15 to 30°C).
- There are 3 positions: low power, high power and off.
FLAME INTENSITY
- Press the (f) or (IV) button to select the flame intensity.
- Every time the button pressed, the flame intensity change. There are 5 levels to choose.
TIME SET UP THROUGH THE CONTROL PANEL
- Press (e) button to adjust the days.
- Press +/- to set up the days.
- Press (e) button to adjust the hour.
- Press +/- to set up the hour.
- Press (e) button again to adjust the minutes.
- Press +/- to set up the minutes.
TIME SET UP THROUGH THE REMOTE CONTROL
- Press (VII) button to adjust the hour.
- Press +/- to set up the hour.
- Press (X) button to adjust the minutes.
- Press +/- to set up the minutes.
- Press (V) button to adjust the days.
- Press +/- to set up the days.
WEEKLY PROGRAM SET UP
- Press (VIII) button to start with the weekly program set up.
- Press (IX) button to select ON mode (to set up when the appliance will turn on).
- Press +/- to set up the day of the week.
- Press the (VII) button and then press +/- to adjust the hour.
- Press the (X) button and then press +/- to adjust the minutes.
- Press the (IX) to select OFF mode (to set up when the appliance will turn off).
- Repeat the same actions for all days of the week.
ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED USING THE APPLIANCE:
- Turn the appliance off, using the on/off button.
- Turn the appliance off using the on/off switch.
- Unplug the appliance from the mains.
- Clean the appliance.
SAFETY THERMAL PROTECTOR:
- The appliance has a safety device, which protects the appliance from overheating.
- When the appliance switches itself on and off repeatedly, for reasons other than the thermostat control, check to ensure that there are no obstacles that impede correct air entry or expulsion.
- If the appliance turns itself off and does not switch itself on again, disconnect it from the mains supply, and wait for approximately 15 minutes before reconnecting. If the machine does not start again seek authorised technical assistance.
CLEANING
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains and allow it to cool before undertaking any cleaning task.

Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few drops of washing-up liquid and then dry.

Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH such as bleach, or abrasive products, for cleaning the appliance.
- Do not let water or any other liquid get into the air vents to avoid damage to the inner parts of the appliance.
- Never submerge the appliance in water or any other liquid or place it under running water.
- If the appliance is not in good condition of cleanliness, its surface may degrade and inexorably affect the duration of the appliance's useful life and could become unsafe to use.

- Take the appliance to an authorised technical support service if product is damaged or other problems arise. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the appliance yourself as this may be dangerous.
