Carefully read this instruction manual before operating this appliance. Incorrect operation may cause injury and/or damages. Please keep this manual for future reference. 3.1- General safety warnings
- Understand the product. Read and follow the instructions in this manual.
- Do not disassemble or modify the product.
- Do not use this product if it is not completely assembled or if any parts appear to be missing or damaged.Page 10 / 19
- To reduce risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when this product is near children.
- Do not allow children to operate this product. It is not a toy.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children.
- Use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
- Do not use in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or dusts.
- Perform service maintenance by authorized and qualified personnel only.
- Keep the packaging materials out of reach of children. 3.2- Additional safety rules for gas stove
- Use this product in outdoor non-confined areas only.
- Do not move the stove during use.
- This stove must be used on a flat and solid surface, which is made of non-flammable materials.
- Do not use on carpet, paper, table-cloth or other combustible materials.
- Do not use in windy area.
- Do not use near other heat source.
- Do not use near any gas cylinder.
- Never leave the stove fire unattended.
- Do not leave the flexible gas hose in contact with hot surface or sharp edge. Do not bend or pinch the hose.
- When the product is not in use or before performing cleaning, turn off the gas safety valve.
- Do not operate 2 or more units side-by-side for heating a big cooking utensils.
- If you smell gas: - do not attempt to ignite the appliance; - turn off the gas supply; - extinguish any open flame, do not use any electrical appliance; - ventilate the area; - If the smell persists, stay away from the appliance and call the gas supplier or fire department. 3.3- Special warnings when using this product
- It is the responsibility of the user to ensure this gas product is properly assembled, installed and supported according to this manual.
- Use cookware with suitable size, with diameter between 180mm (7 inches) and 280mm (11 inches).
- Keep any combustible materials from 1.2 metres away from the appliance, or a distance of
7.6 metres away from the appliance for flammable liquids.
- The appliance is suitable to use in the countries listed in this manual.
- Remove product from its packaging.
- Check if the product and accessories (if any) are intact. 4.2- AssemblyPage 11 / 19
- The assembly and installation must be carried out in accordance with the national regulations of the country of use.
- The stove should be installed away from all flammable materials and at least 5 cm away from walls.
- The installation location must have sufficient space and ventilation.
- The assembly and installation must, in all cases, comply with the safety requirements in force.
- Remove all protective film and stickers before use.
- Refer Figure 1 for the illustrartion of an assembled stove. 4.3- Connecting to gas supply Preparation
- Use suitable hose that meets below standards: Hose type Standard Flexible hose with clamp XP D 36-110 Reinforced rubber hose XP D 36-112 Metal hose NF EN 14800 + NF D 36-125
- The hose must not exceed 1.5 metres.
- Ensure the hose is free from stress, torsion, traction or bend.
- The regulator and safety valve must comply with the standards in force in the country of marketing.
- Use with suitable gas supply only: either butane (G30) or propane (G31). Connection
- Ensure the appliance control knob is set to the OFF position.
- Ensure gas regulator valve or the safety valve is set to the OFF position.
- Attach the appliance to gas supply with the flexible hose appropriately.
- Ensure the gas pressure is 28-30 mbar for butane gas, or 37 mbar for propane.
- After each connection, perform leakage test in well ventilated area and away from heat source. Leakage test
- Ensure the location is well ventilated and away from heat source.
- Prepare soapy water by mixing equal portion of water and non-ammonia detergent.
- Turn ON the gas safety valve.
- Transfer few drops of soapy water to the connections.
- If bubble forms, leakage are found, then turn OFF the gas safety valve and tighten the connection. Repeat the test until no bubble is formed, or call for professional service. 4.4- Turn ON and OFF Ignition
- Turn ON the gas safety valve.
- Push the control knob, then turn anticlockwise until a click is heard and the burner is lit.
- If it is not light, turn the knob to the OFF position and repeat the ignition process. Power adjustment

- Turn the control knob clockwise to the OFF position.
5.1- Intended use This gas appliance is intended for outdoor cooking purpose only. Using this product in a hazardous environment or for an unintended purpose may cause fire, injury and/or damage of property. 5.2- Operation Preparation
- Check the site and ensure the environment is suitable for use. Refer to section III for instructions and precautions.
- Check the gas supply, hose and connectors. If any crack, wear, abrasion is found, do not use the stove.
- Maintain well ventilated environment. Before the first use
- Before the first commissioning, light the stove for 2 minutes to burn away any residual oil fumes remained from the manufacturing process. General use
- Place the cooking utensil onto the center of stove. The size of the container should be between 180mm (7 inches) and 280mm (11 inches), in diameter.
- Turn on the gas safety valve, then light the stove and adjust the flame according to the container size.
- When the cooking is complete, extinguish the flame by turning the control knob to OFF position.
- Turn off the gas safety valve.
WARNING! Use of incompatible cooking utensil may result in instability of the container and stove and may cause fire, fall or serious injury.
Before any intervention on product, ensure the control knob is set to OFF position, disconnect from gas supply and the unit is cooled down.
Reminder: Make sure to maintain the appliance in good working condition, carry out regular maintenance after each use and before storage. Any breach or default of adequate maintenance reduces the life of the product and increases the risk of fire and accidents. To preserve the security system throughout the life of the appliance, it is important to perform maintenance and proper cleaning, DO NOT use non-compliant replacement parts and do NOT dismantle yourself the product or change the security features.Page 13 / 19
- Before cleaning, properly turn off the fire (using control knob) and allow the unit to cool down.
- Clean with a soft cloth or sponge and warm soapy water, then rinse with water and allow drying completely.
- Clean burner holes with a soft brush. 6.2- Storage
- Clean the appliance before storage.
- Disconnect the stove from the gas supply before storage.
- Keep the product, instruction manual and accessories in the original packaging.
- Wrap the burner with paper or plastic bag to prevent debris from entering into the holes.
- Store the product in a clean and dry environment.
- Protect from chilling and away from heat sources.
- Keep out of reach of children. 6.3- Disposal
- Do not dispose the product with household garbage. Do not throw into the environment.
- Dispose of the product in a waste drop-off centre; or seek advice from your local municipality.
- Proceed with disposal of the tool, accessories and packaging according to local regulations regarding the protection of the environment.
