You have selected a high-quality product from LIVOO. The operating instructions are a constituent part of this product. They contain important information about safety, use and disposal.

Intended use
This Super Cooker food processor is used for blending, whisking, beating, stirring, chopping, pulverising, puréeing, emulsifying, steaming, braising and cooking foods and food products.
These user instructions describe basic functions such as blending, chopping and steaming. You can find details on preparing specific recipes in the recipe book supplied.
This appliance may be used only in dry rooms. It may not be used out of doors or in wet rooms.
This appliance is intended for private use and is not suitable for commercial purposes.

- There is potential injury from misuse.
- This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children. Children shall not play with the appliance

- The blender is only to be used with the stand provided.
- CAUTION : Ensure that the blender is switched off before removing from the stand.
- When using the pulse function, do not have any hot ingredients in the blender jug. These could spray out and lead to scalds.
- Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- Never use abrasive, corrosive or scratching cleaning materials as these could damage the appliance.
- Avoid spillage on the connector.
- The surface of the heating element remains warm after use.
- Regarding the instructions for cleaning surfaces in contact with food or oil, thanks to refer to the below paragraph «cleaning» in manual.

DANGER Child safety
Children often injure themselves because they are unable to correctly assess hazards. Therefore, please note:
- Make sure the packaging film does not become a deathtrap for children. Packaging film is not a toy.

DANGER! Preventing electric shocks
- The following safety regulations are intended to protect you against electric shocks.
- Connect the appliance only to an earthed mains socket as this provides protection against electric shocks.
- Make sure that your mains power supply corresponds to the technical data for the appliance.
- Under no circumstances should water or other liquids be allowed to get into the base unit. Therefore:
- never use it outdoors
- never immerse the base unit in water
- never place containers filled with liquid, such as drinking glasses, vases etc. on the appliance
- never use in very humid environments
- never use in the immediate vicinity of a kitchen sink, bath, shower or a swimming pool, as water may splash into the appliance.
- Never touch the appliance, the power cable or the mains plug with wet hands. To disconnect the power cable, always take hold of the plug. Never pull on the cable.
- Make sure that the power cable is never kinked or compressed.
- Keep the mains power cable away from hot surfaces (e.g. cooker hob).
- If you are not using the machine for a prolonged period of time, remove the plug from the wall socket.

Avoid using extension cables. They may be used only under very specific conditions:

The extension cable must be able to handle the amount of current drawn by the device.
- The extension cable may not hang loose: keep children away from it and ensure that it is not possible for anybody to trip over it.
- Under no circumstances use a damaged extension cable.
- Do not connect any appliances other than this product to the same mains socket, since it could cause an overload (do not use multi-way splitters of any kind).
- Do not make any modification on the appliance.

DANGER! Preventing injuries
- To avoid injury, please observe the following information.
- Make sure that the mains cable never becomes a trip hazard, that no-one can get tangled in it or tread on it.
- During operation, avoid contact with the moving parts of the appliance such as the blade assembly or mixer attachment. Your hands or hair could be drawn into the appliance, leading to injuries.
- Be aware that the surfaces of the appliance can become hot in operation:
- When the appliance is in operation, never touch the drip tray, steamer baskets or their lids without using an oven cloth or gloves.
- Allow the appliance to cool down before moving it to a different location.
- The appliance operates using hot steam. To prevent scalds:
- if possible, avoid lifting the lids of steamer baskets during the cooking process because hot steam will escape;
- be aware that hot steam also escapes from the vents in the steamer lids. Never cover these openings, otherwise steam might build up in the appliance and escape violently when it is opened:
- When you do need to lift the lid of a steamer basket, first raise it slightly at the back, so that the escaping rush of steam is directed away from you

DANGER! Preventing the risk of fire
Since the appliance operates at high temperatures, always comply with the following safety instructions to prevent it causing a fire.
- To prevent overheating, never cover the appliance, Always ensure that air can get in and out freely, otherwise heat may build up in the appliance.

Material damage
- Follow the instructions given below to prevent material damage.
- Always place the appliance on a level, dry, non-slip surface to prevent it tipping over or sliding off.
- Do not place the appliance on top of a hot hotplate.
- Never use the egg beater and blender jug while empty. This might cause the motor to overheat.
- The egg beater may be used only at speeds 1 to 4.
- The pulse button may not be used together with the mixer attachment.
- Never use the blender jug without the lid in place, as liquid might otherwise be thrown out.
- Do not move the appliance while food or dough is still inside.
- When steaming, make sure there is never too much or too little water in the appliance.
- Do not place the appliance immediately underneath a suspended cupboard, as steam escapes upwards and might damage your furniture.
- Use only clean drinking water to generate steam.
- The manufacturer and importer accept no liability for damage caused by an inadequate power supply or improper electrical installation in your building.
- Only use accessories provided with the item.

The device is equipped with non-slip plastic suction feet. If necessary, place a non-slip support under the appliance.

CAUTION: In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cut-out, this appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility.
- Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the appliance as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to a sudden steaming.

Disposal

PREPARING
Preparing the Super Cooker for use
- Place the Super Cooker on a dry, flat, level surface such as a countertop or table.
- Be sure to provide enough room above the Super Cooker to open lid and remove bowl.
- Remove all packaging materials, if present.
- Wash lid and attachments in hot, sudsy water and rinse thoroughly. Wipe out inside of bowl with a damp cloth. Do not immerse bowl. Dry thoroughly.



START UP AND CONTROL SETUP
Control pannel
- The display appears as soon as you turn on the Super Cooker after plugging it into an electrical outlet.
- Press any key on the control panel to continue.

IMPORTANT : Refer to the provided cookbook for directions on selecting attachments, time, speeds and temperature.

Insert the drive shaft into the bowl.

Place the bowl on the base, making sure it locks into place. If the bowl is not locked in place, E3 will show in the display.

Insert the accessory indicated by the recipe into the bowl, sliding it onto the drive shaft.

Add the ingredients for the first step of cooking. Do not exceed the MAX FILL line.

Select the needed lid. Close and latch the lid.

The display will light on.
Press the rotary knob to start using the Super Cooker.

The Super Cooker is ready to use, select time, speed and temperature to start. See next chapter to be familiar with the control panel functions.

Press buttons Time / Temperature / Speed, to change the settings, turn the rotary knob to adjust the settings. Press the rotary knob to valid. Once you finished to change the settings, press the rotary knob to begin the cooking.

The display show «End» when the cooking is over. Press the rotary knob to turn off the device.
If you want to interrupt cooking or preparation while the program is running, press the rotary knob, press again to restart. Push several seconds to cancel definitely cooking or preparation.

Using Super Cooker with inner steamer basket

CARE AND CLEANING
Cleaning your Super Cooker
All accessories and blades are top rack dishwasher-safe. Thoroughly dry all parts after washing. Use gentle dishwashing cycles such as
normal. Avoid high temperature cycles. Also we recommend hand washing.
Unplug your Super Cooker from the wall socket before cleaning.
Let the Super Cooker and its accessories cool completely before you start cleaning them.
Exterior surfaces

Do not abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads. They could scratch the surface.

Wipe the outside of the Cook Processor with a clean, damp cloth and dry thoroughly
Bowl:
Clean the inside of the bowl with a non-abrasive cloth dampened with soap and water, then wipe with a clean, slightly damp cloth. To remove residue from cooked food, fill the bowl with hot, soapy water and wash it after allowing it to soak. You can also wash the bowl in the dishwasher.
Once cleaned, dry the bowl thoroughly with a clean cloth.
Inner lid seals
The covers have rubber seals.
When washing the covers in the dishwasher or by hand, remove the seals by pulling them off.
Wash the seals in hot soapy water, then dry them before reinstalling them.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If your Super Cooker malfunctions or fails to operate
- Is the Super Cooker plugged into a grounded outlet?
Plug the Super Cooker into a grounded outlet.
- Is the fuse in the circuit to the Super Cooker in working order?
If you have a circuit breaker box, make sure the circuit is closed. Try unplugging the Cook Processor, then plug it back in.
- Unable to close the lid
Check the seal position
- Error messages:
E1: Motor overload - Unplug the Super Cooker and allow it to cool for one hour. Then it is ready to be used again.
E2: No weight is detected or the scale sensor is damaged. Contact the service center.
E3: The mixer bowl is not correctly positioned or a motor drive part is damaged. Correctly reposition the mixer bowl on the base.
E5: Lack of water in the tank. Add water.
If you cannot resolve the problem:
Contact your usual reseller for the return or exchange conditions.
