How to use the food processor to knead dough?
Make sure the mixing arm is lowered and locked. Insert the dough hooks into the receptacles (marked L and R). Pour the ingredients into the bowl (max 1.5 L). Plug in the appliance, set the speed between 1 and 3 for slow kneading. Use the lever to rotate the bowl if necessary. Stop the appliance before raising the arm.
What to do if the appliance suddenly stops during use?
This is probably due to an overload. The appliance is equipped with overload protection. Unplug the appliance and let it cool down for about 10 minutes. It will then be ready to operate again. Avoid overfilling the bowl.
How to clean the food processor after use?
Unplug the appliance. Remove the bowl and accessories. Wash the accessories and bowl in warm soapy water or in the dishwasher. Clean the body with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then dry. Never immerse the body in water.
Can I put hot ingredients in the mixing bowl?
No, the temperature of the ingredients must not exceed 50°C. Pouring boiling ingredients may cause splashing and damage the appliance. Let hot foods cool down before mixing.
How to change the accessories (hooks/beaters)?
First unplug the appliance. Press the release button and raise the mixing arm. To remove the accessory, press the eject button located on the arm. Insert the new accessory by aligning the L and R markings, turn until you hear a click.
Is the appliance suitable for people with reduced mobility or elderly people?
Yes, provided there is supervision or prior instruction. The appliance must not be used by children. Keep the cord out of reach to avoid tripping hazards.
What is the maximum filling capacity of the bowl?
The maximum filling volume is 1.5 liters. Do not exceed this limit to avoid motor overheating. The total bowl capacity is 3 liters.
How to use the turntable mobilization lever?
During operation, you can operate the lever located on the front of the appliance body to manually rotate the bowl. This allows more even mixing of ingredients. Use it carefully while the appliance is running.
What to do if the house fuse blows during use?
This may be due to electrical circuit overload. Unplug the appliance and reduce the number of devices plugged into the same circuit. Reset the fuse. If the problem persists, contact customer service.
How to store the food processor after use?
After cleaning, let all parts cool and dry completely. Store the appliance in a dry and clean place, out of reach of children. Do not place heavy objects on the appliance.
