How do I connect the MUSG07 mouse to my computer?

Simply plug the mouse's USB cable into an available USB port on your computer. The operating system will automatically detect the mouse and install generic drivers. For advanced features, download the customization software from the GMB Gaming website.

How do I adjust the sensitivity (DPI) of the mouse?

Use the DPI adjustment button located under the scroll wheel. Each press changes the DPI level. Available levels are 800, 1600, 3200, and 6400 DPI. The backlight color may indicate the current level.

How do I customize the buttons and backlighting?

Download the official GMB Gaming software from the website. Install it, then connect the mouse. You can then assign functions to each button, create macros, and customize RGB effects.

What should I do if the mouse stops responding?

Try unplugging and reconnecting the mouse. Restart your computer. Test on another USB port. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

Is the mouse compatible with macOS?

Yes, the mouse works on macOS with built-in drivers. However, the customization software is only available for Windows. Basic functions (click, scroll) are operational.

How do I clean the mouse?

Unplug the mouse. Use a soft dry cloth to wipe the surface. For hard-to-reach areas, a slightly damp (water) cotton swab can be used. Avoid any liquid inside the mouse.

What is the warranty period?

The warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects. Keep your receipt. Damage due to misuse is not covered.

Can I replace the USB cable?

Does the mouse work without software?

Yes, it works in plug-and-play mode with default settings (standard buttons, DPI adjustable by button). Software is only needed for advanced customization.

How do I fix double-click issues?

Accidental double-click may be due to dirt under the button. Gently clean around the button with compressed air. If the problem persists, it may be a hardware defect; contact customer service.

The receipt must clearly list the date of purchase and the part number, in addition it should be printed. Keep the receipt for the entire warranty period since it is required for all warranty claims. During the warranty period the defective items will be credited, repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's expense. Work carried out under the warranty neither extends the warranty period nor starts a new warranty period. The manufacturer reserves the right to void any warranty claim for damages or defects due to misuse, abuse or external impact (falling down, impact, ingress of water, dust, contamination or break). Wearing parts (e.g. rechargeable batteries) are excluded from the warranty. Upon receipt of the RMA goods, Gembird Europe B.V. reserves the right to choose between replacement of defective goods or issuing a credit note. The credit note amount will always be calculated on the basis of the current market value of the defective products.
