How to insert the SIM card?

Use the provided ejection pin to open the tray. Insert the Nano SIM card into SIM 1 slot, with the notch facing inward. Refer to the Tips app for more details.

How to restart or force restart?

To restart, long press the power button, then tap Restart. To force restart, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds or more.

How to use the fingerprint sensor?

The fingerprint sensor is integrated into the power button. Register your fingerprints in Settings > Security & privacy > Fingerprint. You can unlock the screen by simply pressing the button.

How to enable 5G network?

Make sure your carrier supports 5G and you have a compatible plan. Go to Settings > Mobile network > SIM card > Preferred network type and select 5G/4G/3G/2G.

How to clean the device?

Use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use chemicals or abrasive materials. Avoid cleaning the device when it is powered on or plugged in.

How to update the software?

Go to Settings > System updates. If an update is available, follow the instructions to download and install it. Ensure you have sufficient battery and a stable Wi-Fi connection.

How to take a screenshot?

Press and hold the power button and volume down button simultaneously. The screenshot will be saved in the gallery. You can also use a three-finger swipe gesture if enabled in settings.

How to use two SIM cards?

Insert both SIM cards into the tray. Then go to Settings > Mobile network > SIM card management to choose the default card for calls, SMS, and data. You can also enable calls on both cards.

How to check the IMEI number?

Dial *#06# on the phone keypad. The IMEI number will be displayed on the screen. You can also find it in Settings > System > About phone.

How to reduce exposure to radiation?

Before using the device, familiarise yourself with its basic operations.

• To power on your device, press and hold the power button until the screen turns on.

Getting Started

• Be careful not to scratch your device or hurt yourself when using the eject pin.

• Store the eject pin out of the reach of children to prevent accidental swallowing or injury.
