- Do not use more than one mattress in the product.
The product should be placed on a horizontal floor. - Young children should not play unsupervised in the vicinity of the crib.
- DO NOT use crib if any parts are missing, damaged, or broken. Please contact your designated 4moms® official distributor (via global.4moms.com) for replacement parts and instructional literature if needed. DO NOT substitute parts. Ensure that all assembly fittings are tightened properly.
Always provide the supervision necessary for the continued safety of your child.
WARNING
- Do not attempt to pick up or move the product while your child is in it.
- Do not pick up the product using the bassinet rails. Please pick up the unit from the base.
- Be aware of the risk of burning cigarettes, open fires, and other sources of strong heat, such as electric bar fires, gas fires, etc. in the near vicinity of the crib.
- Be sure the bassinet bars are secured in position whenever your child is in the product.
- The mamaRoo sleep™ contains an internal fan that may continue to run up to 20 minutes after the motion stops. Do not unplug the power cord while the fan is running.
- This mattress is for use only with 4moms mamaRoo sleep™ bassinet.

Use only the mattress (maximum thickness is 20mm ) and sheets provided by 4moms. NEVER add a pillow, comforter, or another mattress for padding.
- To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician.
The appliance is not to be used by any person (or child) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or if they have lack of knowledge or experience with how to safely operate the device, unless they are supervised or provided with clear guidance or instruction. Children are not to play with the appliance, even when supervised. Only power the appliance with the provided power supply.
Cleaning your mama Roo sleep
BASSINET
Spot clean the bassinet fabric and mesh material using a mild soap, warm water and a soft, clean cloth. Test in a small area of fabric first to ensure there will be no discoloration or damage. Never use bleach.
MATTRESS
The mattress has a water-resistant cover. You can gently spot clean using a mild soap, warm water and a soft, clean cloth. Air dry thoroughly before using again.
SHEETS
Machine wash with similar colored laundry in cold water with a mild detergent. Never use bleach. Tumble dry on a low heat setting and remove promptly.
FRAME/BASE
The plastic and metal components of the mamaRoo sleep can be wiped clean using a mild soap, warm water and a soft, clean cloth. Do not immerse the unit or any plastic or metal components in water.
LCD SCREEN
Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the LCD screen and dry with a soft cloth. Do not use any cleaning solvents such as glass cleaner or soaps to clean the LCD screen and do not press hard on the screen.

For your child's continued safety, periodically inspect the product to make sure that all connections are securely fastened, that they do not show signs of wear or abuse, and that they are not damaged or broken. Contact 4moms for replacement parts and instruction if needed. Never substitute parts.
