Which devices are compatible with the Xtorm XW401 charger?

The charger is compatible with all devices supporting the Qi wireless charging standard, including most recent smartphones (iPhone, Samsung, Google, etc.) and wireless earphones.

What is the maximum charging speed?

The maximum power is 15 W. When two chargers are magnetically connected, the power is shared between the two devices (e.g., 10W/5W or 7.5W/7.5W).

How do I use the dual charging function?

Connect two XW401 chargers together via the magnetic connectors. The extension port transfers the current; you only need one USB-C cable plugged into one charger. Then place two devices on each charger to charge them simultaneously.

What does the LED ring mean?

The LED light ring flashes slowly 3 times when the charger is powered on, then turns off. When you place a device, it flashes again 3 times to indicate charging has started, then stays off.

Can I use the charger with a phone case?

Yes, most thin cases (less than 5 mm) do not interfere with wireless charging. Metal cases or very thick cases may block charging.

Does the charger work without a power cable?

No, the charger must be powered by a USB-C cable connected to a wall charger or USB port. The cable is included in the box.

How do I clean the charger?

Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface. Never use chemicals or abrasives. Make sure the charger is unplugged before cleaning.

Is it safe to leave the charger plugged in all the time?

Yes, the charger is designed to be left plugged in. When no device is placed, it consumes only a very small amount of power and the LED ring stays off.

What should I do if the charger doesn't work?
