How to check the remaining battery level?

Press the power button. The 4 LEDs indicate capacity: 4 LEDs on = 75-100%, 3 LEDs = 50-75%, 2 LEDs = 25-50%, 1 LED = 1-25%. If no LED lights up, the battery is discharged.

How to recharge the Powerbank?

Use the provided USB cable. Plug the micro USB or Type C connector into the powerbank, and the USB end into a charger or computer. Charging starts automatically, the LEDs blink and then stay solid when full.

How to charge a device with the Powerbank?

Connect your device via a USB cable (micro USB, Type C, or original cable) to one of the USB or Type C outputs. Charging starts automatically. The powerbank supports Quick Charge 3.0 if your device is compatible.

Can I charge the Powerbank and a device at the same time?

No, the powerbank cannot be charged and discharged simultaneously. You must wait for the powerbank to finish charging before charging a device.

What to do if the Powerbank heats up during use?

Slight heating is normal depending on the charge/discharge current. If the temperature becomes excessive, unplug and let it cool. Protect it from direct heat and moisture.

Does the Powerbank turn off automatically?

Yes, it automatically turns off once the device is fully charged. Disconnect your device after use to save battery.

Can I charge multiple devices at the same time?

Yes, simultaneous charging of multiple devices is possible, but limited by the total required charging current. Make sure the sum of currents does not exceed the output capacities.

What safety precautions should be observed?

Protect the powerbank from moisture, rain, shocks, and heat. Do not open or modify it. Keep out of reach of children. In case of problems, contact the retailer.

How to dispose of the Powerbank at end of life?

Do not dispose of with household waste. Take it to a recycling center or collection point for electronic devices. Recycle the packaging according to environmental regulations.

What does the warranty cover?

  ■ Please disconnect your device from the ANSMANN POWERBANK if you are not using it.
  In order to prevent any risk of fire or electric shock, the ANSMANN POWERBANK must be protected from moisture and rain!
  ■ The product can be damaged by impacts, shocks or being dropped, even from low heights. Handle the product carefully!
• Do not expose the device to intense heat or leave it in direct sunlight!
  ■ Never open the product or attempt to carry out repairs yourself!

■ Product safety is impaired by modifications or alterations to the product. There is a risk of injury!
This product is not to be used by persons (including children) who have restricted physical, sensory or mental capabilities or who do not have adequate experience and knowledge in handling this product. > CAPACITY DISPLAY

Press the power button to check the energy remaining.

■ 4 LEDs illuminate: 75% - 100%
■ 3 LEDs illuminate: 50% - 75%
■ 2 LEDs illuminate: 25% - 50%
■ 1 LED illuminates: 01% - 25%
■ No LED illuminates: The POWERBANK is completely discharged. Please charge the POWERBANK immediately. If the POWERBANK will be unused for an extended period of time, it is necessary to charge it before storage in order to avoid the rechargeable battery being damaged due to deep discharge.

> CHARGING THE POWERBANK

MICRO USB

Insert the Micro-USB plug of the USB cable into the Micro-USB socket on the POWERBANK and the USB plug into the USB port on a computer or a USB charger.

TYP-C

Stecken Insert the type-C plug of the USB cable into the type-C socket on the POWERBANK and the USB plug into the USB port on a computer or a USB charger.

The charge process starts automatically. During the charge process, up to 4 flashing LEDs indicate the status of the charge progress. After the charge process is complete, all 4 LEDs illuminate steadily.

> CHARGING DEVICES

In order to charge a device, such as a smartphone for example, please use the USB cable supplied (provided that the Micro-USB plug fits your mobile device) or the original charge cable for your device. The Powerbank likewise has a type-C output. Please use a suitable type-C cable for this. Insert the USB plug of the cable into the POWERBANK and the other end into your device. The charge process starts automatically.

The Powerbank is equipped with Quick Charge 3.0. In order to be able to use this technology, please check whether your end-device is compatible.

Simultaneous charging of multiple end-devices is possible with restrictions. This depends on the total charge current required.

The POWERBANK switches off automatically after the charging is complete. Please disconnect your device from the POWERBANK once the charge process is complete. Please note that the Powerbank cannot be charged and discharged simultaneously.

The POWERBANK may heat up a little depending on the charge/discharge current.
