How to start the Citrus Glass juice extractor?

Plug in the appliance, cut the citrus fruit in half, place the half fruit on the cone and press. The cone rotates in both directions to extract the juice. Release the pressure to stop.

What is the maximum continuous use time?

Do not use the extractor for more than 5 minutes continuously. Prolonged use may damage the motor.

Can I wash the parts in the dishwasher?

Yes, the tray, cones, filter and juice container are dishwasher safe. The motor unit must be cleaned with a damp cloth and never immersed.

What to do if the container glass is broken?

Do not use the appliance if the glass is broken or cracked, as this poses a risk of cuts. Contact after-sales service for replacement.

How to clean the motor unit?

Unplug the appliance. Clean the motor unit with a damp cloth, then dry it. Do not use solvents, abrasives or acidic products. Do not immerse in water.

Is the extractor suitable for all citrus fruits?

Yes, it is designed to press all citrus fruits: oranges, lemons, grapefruits, etc. Simply cut the fruit in half.

Why is the cone not turning?

Check that the appliance is plugged in and the fruit is correctly placed. If the cone is blocked, excessive pressure may stop it. Reduce the pressure or clean the filter if clogged.

What are the signs of a clogged filter?

The juice flow decreases or the motor seems to struggle. Regularly clean the filter to remove pulp, especially for large quantities of fruit.

Can I use a plug adapter?

No, never use a plug adapter. The appliance plug must match the mains socket to avoid electrical risks.

CAUTION: Do not use the appliance if the glass is cracked or broken.

Instructions for use

Before use:

• Make sure that all the product's packaging has been removed.
• Before using the product for the first time, clean

the parts that will come into contact with food in the manner described in the cleaning section.

Use:

• Connect the appliance to the mains.
• Cut the citrus fruit/s to be squeezed in half.
• Turn on the appliance by pushing down on the piece of citrus fruit, once it has been placed on the juicing cone.
  -In order to achieve an ideal extraction, the cone turns in both directions.
  -Excessive pressure on the cone may block rotation.
  -Do not use the extractor continuously for more than five minutes.
• To stop the appliance, simply stop applying pressure to the cone.
• Remove the motor body unit so you can empty the jug.
• Remark: If you process a large quantity of fruit, you must periodically clean the filter and remove the remains of the pulp.

Once you have finished using the appliance:

• Unplug the appliance from the mains.
• Clean the appliance.

Cleaning

• Disconnect the appliance from the mains before undertaking any cleaning task.
• Clean the motor base with a damp cloth with a few drops of washing-up liquid and then dry.
• Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH such as bleach, or abrasive products, for cleaning the appliance.
• Never submerge the motor base in water or any other liquid or place it under running water.
• It is advisable to clean the appliance regularly and remove any food remains.
• If the appliance is not in good condition of cleanliness, its surface may degrade and inexorably affect the duration of the appliance's useful life and could become unsafe to use.
