To enjoy your new machine as long as possible, please read the Operation Manual and enclosed Safety instructions carefully. We suggest keeping the Operation Manual in case you will need to remind yourself all the machine functions again. For purposes of non-stop improvement of the product we reserve the right to make technical modifications.

Portable 12 litres pressure sprayer is suitable for small-sized up to medium-sized gardens.

General safety instructions

Read this Operation Manual carefully. Familiarize yourself with proper operation and use of the machine. Keep the Manual for later use.

Do not let other people to come close to the machine, especially children. Keep them in safe distance from the place of use.

Store the unused machine in dry, locked place out of reach from children

Use the right machine only!

Use the machine only for jobs it is designed to do.

Watch out for what you are doing. Work with forethought. Do not use the machine if tired.

Repairs must be done by professional!

This machine complies with relevant safety regulations. Repairs can be done by professionals only using original spare parts. Otherwise there is a risk of injury.

Machine specific safety instructions

When filling up, try to avoid spilling and back splashing

Wash your hands and face after you finish the work.

After each longer period of shut-down and re-start it is needed to check the machine for any damage.

pressure sprayer, always wear protective gloves, respirator, safety goggles and protective overall.

Children and persons unable to operate the machine and persons with limited physical, sensory or mental abilities are banned from using the machine.

Always use original accessories

Do never attempt to repair the device despite you are qualified for this purpose.

Do never spray on humans and animals.

Keep the device out of reach of fire and do never expose the device to intensive sunlight.

Temperature of the chemicals used in the tank must not exceed 40^

Using in accordance with design

Used for spraying with approved protective substances for plants, for plant treatment, liquid fertilizing and fighting against weed.

Every use beyond this scope is considered as violation against the design of the machine. Manufacturer cannot be made responsible for any damage or injury caused by such a misuse. Please realize that our machines are not designed for industrial or business use.

Assembly (pict. 1, 2, 3, 4, 8)

1. Fig. 2: Slide the spraying lance (Fig. 1/4) in the connector (Fig. 1/1) and tighten well.
2. Fig. 8: Push the handles (Fig. 1/2) in two holes on both tank sides (Fig. 1/9). Adjust the handle height.
3. Fig. 3: Hold the funnel firmly (Fig. 1/8) and rotate the pumping handle (Fig. 1/3) until you can remove it.
4. Now, fill in the tank (Fig. 1/9).
5. Fig. 4: Now, insert the pumping handle (Fig. 1/3) back to the funnel (Fig. 1/8). Make sure the switch (Fig. 1/1) is not pressed. Pump with the use of the pumping handle (Fig. 1/3). If the tank pressure (Fig. 1/9) reaches a certain level, you can start spraying.

To make sure the pressure sprayer works directly without any leaks, fill the tank with clean water and perform test spraying.

Switch adjustment (Fig.5):

Spray pattern adjustment (Fig.7):

Turn the spraying head to adjust the spray pattern - see Fig. 7.

Relief valve (Fig. 6):

If you hear whistling on the relief valve (Fig. 1/6), the valve is maximally loaded. Unscrew and depressurize the relief valve (Fig. 1/6). Then, use the pumping handle (Fig. 1/3) to re-pump (Fig. 4) and you can restart spraying as soon as the required pressure inside the tank is reached.

Replace your clothes and wash your hands, face body after use.

Guarantee

The guarantee solely covers inadequacies caused by material defect or manufacturing defect. Original payment voucher with the sales date needs to be submitted for any claim in the guarantee period.

The guarantee does not cover any unauthorised use such as appliance overloading, use of violence, damage as a result of any unauthorised interference or caused by foreign items. Failing to follow the operating and assembly instructions and common wear are also not included in the guarantee.

Emergency Action

Apply the first aid adequate to the injury and get qualified medical assistance as quickly as possible. Protect the injured person from more accidents and calm him/her down.

For the sake of eventual accident, in accordance with DIN 13164, a workplace has to be fitted with a first-aid kit. It is essential to replace any used material in the first-aid kit immediately after it has been used. If you seek help, state the following pieces of information:

Disposal

The disposal instructions are based on icons on the appliance or its package. The description of all the meanings can be found in the "Marking" chapter.

Transport package disposal

The package protects the appliance against damage when transported.

Package materials have usually been chosen depending on their environment friendliness and disposal method and can therefore be recycled.

Returning the package into circulation saves raw materials and reduces waste disposal costs.

Some parts of the package (e.g. foils, styropor) can be dangerous to children. Risk of suffocation!

Keep parts of the package out of reach to children and dispose them as soon as possible.

Operator Requirements

The operator shall read the instruction manual carefully before using the unit.

Qualification

No special qualification is required for use of the unit except for detailed direction by a professional.

Minimum Age

Only persons above 18 years of age are allowed to work with the unit. Exempted from the provision is the use of the juvenile trainees if they work in the course of their professional training with an aim to obtain the skill under a trainer supervision.

Training

Use of the unit requires adequate lesson by a professional or the use of the manual only. Special training is not required.

Maintenance and storage

Use clean cloth for cleaning and wiping the machine.

Avoid direct contact of the aggressive cleaners with the device. Do not use aggressive, volatile or corrosive cleaning detergents.

When not using the machine for longer time, cover it and store it in dry and safe place out of reach from children.
