How to connect a Bluetooth device to the PTA66BT?

Press the MODE button to select Bluetooth mode. The screen displays 'BT Wireless'. On your Bluetooth device, search for devices and select 'PYLEUSA'. Once paired, the receiver beeps.

What audio file formats are supported via USB/SD?

The PTA66BT supports MP3 and WAV files on USB drive and SD card (up to 32 GB).

Can I use a microphone with this receiver?

Yes, it has two 1/4-inch (6.35 mm) microphone jacks. The TALK OVER button on MIC 1 automatically lowers the music volume when speaking.

How to access the FM radio?

Press the MODE button repeatedly until FM mode is reached. Use the PREV/NEXT buttons to change stations or press PLAY/PAUSE for automatic scanning and memorizing stations.

What is the maximum amplifier power?

The maximum power is 600 watts (peak power). Recommended speaker impedance is 4 to 8 Ohms.

How to adjust the equalizers (treble and bass)?

Turn the TREBLE and BASS knobs on the front panel to adjust frequencies for channels 1 to 4.

Can I connect a subwoofer?

Yes, use the SUBWOOFER output (RCA jack) on the back of the unit to connect an active subwoofer.

How to clean the receiver?

Unplug the unit and clean it with a dry cloth. Do not use liquid or abrasive products.

What to do if the remote control does not work?

Check the CR2025 button battery in the remote. Replace it if necessary. Make sure no obstacles block the receiver's infrared sensor.

Does the device heat up normally?

A slight heat is normal during operation. Do not place objects on top and ensure adequate ventilation. If heat is excessive, turn off the unit and check speaker connections.

1. POWER ON/OFF SWITCH: Press this button to ON/OFF the unit.
2. LED DISPLAY SCREEN: To display the input sources and track time information
3. SD CARD SLOT: Insert your SD Card to play Mp3 files.
4. USB PORT: This is the USB port where you insert your USB mass storage device for playing Mp3 files.

NOTE: The USB input is ONLY mean to connect to a USB flash drive (thumb drive). Connecting an MP3 player or computer directly to the USB flash drive input will result in the unit failing to play the audio from those devices.

5. CONTROL BUTTONS

A. PREV BUTTON: Use this button to select each function depending on these three different modes as below.

• In USB/SD/WIRELESS BT mode, use to select previous track.
• In FM mode, use to select pervious channel.
• In FM/WIRELESS BT mode, hold this button will decrease the volume.

B. PLAY/PAUSE BUTTON: Each pressing of the PLAY/PAUSE BUTTON causes the operation to change from play to pause or from pause to play in the USB/SD mode or WIRELESS BT mode.

- Press the PLAY/PAUSE BUTTON one time to auto scan all frequencies from 87.5MHz to 108MHz in FM mode, the unit will auto store the channels.

C. NEXT BUTTON: Use this button to select each of function depending on these three different modes as below.

• In USB/SD/WIRELESS BT mode, use to select next track
• In FM, use to select next channel.
• In FM/WIRELESS BT hold this button will increase the volume.

D. STOP BUTTON: Use this button to stop the playing of music.

E. REPEAT BUTTON: This button allows you to play the music in repeat mode (All or Single mode)

ALL-- All tracks in the USB or SD CARD will be repeated in order without interruption.

SINGLE-- Repeat the track that was current playing.

F. MODE BUTTON: Press this button to select one of play mode with USB/SD mode, FM mode and Bluetooth mode, automatically set in USB/SD mode after turn on the unit, automatically play mp3 files after inserting a USB flash driver or SD card.

STEPS FOR CONNECTING WITH WIRELESS BT DEVICE

Once paired you can play music from your Wireless BT device. You can also use the control buttons on the unit to select the tracks from your Bluetooth device.

1. Press MODE button to choose Wireless BT mode, display WIRELESS BT on the screen.
2. Search on the Wireless BT device name from others Wireless BT device and you can find the Wireless BT name - PYLEUSA
3. Select the PYLEUSA Wireless BT name and wait for the device to pair.
4. The PTA66BT will emit a noise confirming that the devices have successfully paired

Turn this knob to adjust the volume of Channel A.

7. CHANNEL B VOLUME CONTROL KNOB

Turn this knob to adjust the volume of Channel B.

8. CHANNEL C VOLUME CONTROL KNOB

Turn this knob to adjust the volume of Channel C.

9. CHANNEL D VOLUME CONTROL KNOB

Turn this knob to adjust the volume of Channel D.

10. CHANNEL D VOLUME CONTROL KNOB

Turn this knob to adjust the volume of Channel E.

Press this button to lower the music when use the microphone 1 input.

1. MICROPHONE INPUT 1 JACK - MIC 1 Input Jack for connecting an unbalanced low impedance microphone with 1/4" TRS plug.

2. MICROPHONE INPUT 2 JACK - MIC 2 Input Jack for connecting an unbalanced low impedance microphone with 1/4" TRS plug.

9. LINE OUTPUT - Connect the audio/Subwoofer input RCA jacks of other devices, to these RCA jacks

10. SPEAKER OUTPUT - There are 6 groups of speaker output

30. WIRELESS BT ANTENNA

Please pull the antenna out when using Wireless BT input

1. POWER SUPPLY - Connect to AC power socket. The unit is working with both AC-115V and AC-230V, make sure to choose the correct voltage before you turn on the unit.
