How to change the door seal?

Refer to section 3.7 of the manual. You will need to remove the detergent drawer, the door, and the pump cover. Wear protective gloves and follow the steps in reverse order for assembly.

Where is the pump filter and how to clean it?

The pump cover is located at the bottom front of the appliance. Open it, remove the cover (section 3.10) and clean the filter.

How to remove the control panel?

Unplug the appliance. First remove the top and the detergent drawer. Then follow section 3.2 to remove the screws and fasteners.

What to do if the door does not open?

Check that the cycle is finished. If the lock is stuck, use the emergency opening (section 3.8). Unplug the appliance before any intervention.

How to replace the drum light?

Unplug the appliance. Remove the top, the detergent drawer and the control panel. Follow section 3.9 to disconnect and remove the light.

The appliance displays an error code, what to do?

Refer to the manual to interpret the codes. Common codes indicate a drainage problem, overheating or locking. Contact customer service if necessary.

How to replace the detergent drawer?

Unplug the appliance. Open the drawer, press the latch and remove it (section 3.3). Install the new one in reverse order.

What tools are needed for repairs?

Torx T20 screwdriver, flathead screwdriver, torque wrench, needle-nose pliers, cutting pliers, combination wrenches 10, 13, 16 and 17 mm.

How to change the detergent drawer handle?

First remove the detergent drawer (section 3.3). Then remove the fasteners and the handle (section 3.4). Install the new handle.

Can I repair the door lock myself?

Yes, but after replacement, an electrical safety test by a professional is recommended (section 3.8). Follow the safety instructions.

1.2 Explanation of symbols

1.2.1 Danger levels

The warning levels consist of a symbol and a signal word. The signal word indicates the severity of the danger.

3.8 Replacing door lock

As a manufacturer, we are obliged to provide consumers with the spare part door lock including repair instructions in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/2023. However, we would like to point out that after replacing a door lock, an electrotechnical safety test by a qualified electrician is required before the device is put into operation. This person must be verifiably qualified according to the country-specific laws, regulations and standards.
