How to use the FC4DH03208I bain-marie?

Plug the appliance into an outlet matching the indicated voltage. Turn the thermostat to maximum to preheat for 30 minutes. Then place the Gastronorm pans containing already hot food (above 60 °C) and reduce the temperature to maintain heat. Never cook raw food.

What types of pans can I use?

Use only metal Gastronorm pans with a maximum depth of 6 inches (15.2 cm). Plastic pans are prohibited.

How to clean the appliance?

Unplug the appliance and let it cool. Remove the bottom screen of the compartment and wash it with soapy water. Clean the inside and outside with a damp cloth and soapy water, then rinse. Never use steel wool or caustic products.
