What type of water to use in the tank?
Use only cold, clean tap water. Do not use distilled water, cleaning products, or additives, as this may damage the appliance.
How to adjust the steam power?
Turn the steam adjustment knob (4) to choose between two levels: low steam or high steam. The indicator light is red during heating and turns blue when the operating temperature is reached.
Can I use the steam cleaner on wooden floors?
No, the appliance is not designed for cleaning unsealed wooden floors. Steam can damage the wood. Always test on a small, inconspicuous area before use.
How to clean the accessories after use?
The nozzles (brushes, spatula, etc.) can be washed in warm water with a mild detergent and then air-dried. The mop cloth and microfiber cloth should be washed according to the label instructions, without detergent or bleach. Do not put them in the dishwasher or dryer.
What to do if the appliance does not emit steam?
Check that the appliance is turned on (on/off switch). Make sure the water tank is filled and properly engaged. Increase the steam power if necessary. Allow the appliance to preheat for a few seconds. If the nozzle is clogged, clean it.
