How to Assemble and Use

This electric knife is perfect for slicing a wide variety of foods including cooked meats, poultry, fish, fruits, vegetables and bakery items.

Before First Use: Wash blades in hot, soapy water. Rinse; then dry thoroughly.

  1. Unplug.
  2. If blades are separated, pick up by the plastic guard. Slide the rivet on one blade into the keyhole slot in the other blade until they are locked together.
  3. Holding blades together at the base of the blade with cutting edge down, slide into handle until both blades click into place.
  4. Plug into outlet.
  5. Hold knife by handle. Pull ON/OFF switch like a trigger to operate. You must hold the switch "On" for the knife to operate.
  6. To stop, release the switch.

How to Clean and Store

  2. Firmly push down blade-release button. Grasp plastic guard, with hand away from cutting edge, and carefully pull until blades release.
  3. Carefully separate blades by sliding apart to disengage rivet from keyhole.

Hints for Best Results

Move knife through food. Do not use a back-and-forth sawing motion.

Let meats stand 15 minutes after cooking and before slicing. Slice down to and around bone. Do not attempt to slice through bone. Do not cut through frozen foods.

Do not attempt to sharpen serrated blades at home. Replacement blades may be purchased.

Always clean blades between cuttings of different food items to avoid cross-contamination of foods.

  1. Wash blades in hot, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
  2. After washing and drying, immediately place blades into the protective sleeve for storage.
  3. To clean handle and cord, wipe with a damp cloth and then dry thoroughly.

Limited Warranty

This warranty applies to products purchased and used in the U.S. and Canada. This is the only express warranty for this product and is in lieu of any other warranty or condition.

This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase in Canada and one (1) year from the date of original purchase in the U.S. During this period, your exclusive remedy is repair or replacement of this product or any component found to be defective, at our option; however, you are responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to us and our returning a product or component under this warranty to you. If the product or component is no longer available, we will replace with a similar one of equal or greater value.

This warranty does not cover glass, filters, wear from normal use, use not in conformity with the printed directions, or damage to the product resulting from accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse. This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser or gift recipient. Keep the original sales receipt, as proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim. This warranty is void if the product is used for other than single-family household use or subjected to any voltage and waveform other than as specified on the rating label (e.g., 120V 60Hz ).
