How to clean the trimmer?

Turn off and unplug the device. Remove the comb and cutting head by pressing on the tips of the blades. Clean the head with the provided brush. Do not use water; you can apply disinfectant alcohol. Wipe the housing with a soft, dry cloth.

How to charge the device?

Plug the adapter into a mains socket. You can connect the device directly to the adapter or place the trimmer on the charging station connected to the adapter. Charging time is about 1 hour. The device can be used while charging if connected directly, but not for prolonged periods to avoid damaging the adapter.

How to adjust the cutting height?

Use the slider on the device for short cuts (0.5 to 2.5 mm). For longer lengths, attach one of the 6 combs (from 4-6 mm to 28-30 mm). Adjust the slider to fine-tune the height within the comb's range. For example, for 10 mm, use the 10-12 mm comb and set the slider to 0.5 mm.

Which oil to use and how?

Only use the special oil provided with the device. Apply a few drops to the blades after cleaning. If you apply too much oil, wipe off the excess with a dry cloth. This keeps the blades in good condition and ensures optimal cutting.

Can I use the trimmer in the shower or bath?

No, the device must not be used near water or in a damp room. It is designed for use on dry hair only. Never immerse the device, cord, or plug in water, as this poses a risk of electric shock.

How to change the cutting head?

Turn off the device. Press on the tips of the blades to unlock the head and remove it. To put the head back, align it and click it into place. Make sure the blades are clean before reassembling.

What to do if the battery doesn't hold a charge?

Make sure to fully charge the device (1 hour) and that the LED bars indicate a full charge. If the problem persists, contact Domo after-sales service as the battery is not user-replaceable. Do not attempt to replace the battery yourself.

What is the warranty of the device?

The device is guaranteed 2 years from the date of purchase. Accessories and wear parts (such as combs) have a 6-month warranty. The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or unauthorized repairs.

How to know if the battery is low?

The LED display shows the remaining runtime in minutes (from 60 to 00). When the battery reaches 05 minutes, the LED changes from blue to red. Recharge the device as soon as possible.

What to do if a comb is broken or missing?

Do not use the device with a damaged comb, as it may cause injury. Order original Domo spare parts online from the official website or contact customer service. Only use accessories recommended by the manufacturer.

This appliance has a two year warranty period. During this period the manufacturer is responsible for any failures that are the direct result of construction failure. When these failures occur the appliance will be repaired or replaced if necessary. The warranty will not be valid when the damage to the appliance is caused by wrong use, not following the instructions or repairs executed by a third party. The guarantee is issued with the original till receipt. All parts, which are subject to wear, are excluded from the warranty. If your device breaks down within the 2-year warranty period, you can return the device together with your receipt to the shop where you purchased it.

The guarantee on accessories and components that are liable to wear-and-tear is only 6 months.

The guarantee and responsibility of the supplier and manufacturer lapse automatically in the following cases:

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

• Check that the trimmer is working properly before use.

• Check that the blades are clean before use.

• You must oil the blades before each use.

USE

1. Only use the trimmer on clean, dry, and untangled hair.

2. Set the desired trim height. Use the slider on the trimmer for a shorter length (0.5 - 2.5mm) . For a longer length, use one of the 6 comb attachments; see 'comb attachments' section.

3. Press the on/off button.

4. Place the trimmer flat against the head with the blades pointing in the direction of hair growth. Move the trimmer up and out through the hair. Never force the trimmer through the hair. Never switch off the trimmer while it is in the hair.
5. When you have finished trimming your hair, press the on/off button again to turn the trimmer off.

COMB ATTACHMENTS

The trimmer comes with 6 combs for trimming and 1 comb for thinning. You can

read the trim height on the comb: 4-6 mm, 7-9 mm, 10-12 mm, 16-18 mm, 22-24 mm, and 28-30 mm. Use the slider to set the trimming height within these dimensions, e.g. if you want to trim to a length of 10 mm, insert the 10-12 mm comb attachment and set the slider to 0.5 mm.

If the hair has to be shortened a lot, do it gradually. Start with a longer length and select a comb

attachment with a shorter trim height each time. Turn off the trimmer before changing the comb attachment.

• Place the desired comb attachment on the trimming head before turning the trimmer on. Make sure that the teeth of the comb attachment are pointing upwards. First, place the blades on the teeth of the comb attachment and then click the bottom of the comb attachment onto the clipper (see illustration).
• Remove the comb attachment by pulling the sides that lock onto the trimmer open slightly, and then remove the comb attachment from the trimmer.

CHARGING

You can read the remaining battery life on the display. This indication goes from 00 to 60 minutes in 5-minute intervals. When the battery level reaches 05 min, the LED will turn red instead of blue. Allow the trimmer to charge.
- Plug the power cord into a socket. Connect the trimmer directly to the adapter or connect the charging station to the adapter and place the trimmer on the charging station.
If you connect the trimmer directly to the adapter, you can continue to use the trimmer. Do not use the trimmer for a long time in this way, as this could damage the adapter and even cause a fire.
- When the trimmer is charging, you can see the bars on the display flashing. It takes an average of one hour to fully charge the battery.

• When the battery is fully charged, all bars are visible and the display shows 60 min. You can use the trimmer for 60 minutes with a fully charged battery.
  To extend the battery's service life, we recommend that you regularly charge the trimmer until it is full and then let it discharge completely before charging it again.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Never immerse the trimmer, power cord, or plug in water or any other liquid. This is to prevent electric shock or fire.

• Clean the trimmer after each use. If the trimmer is not properly maintained, it can drastically reduce the service life of the trimmer and cause a dangerous situation.

• Turn off and unplug the trimmer before cleaning it.

• Remove the comb attachment if it is on the trimmer.
• Remove the trimming head by pressing against the tips of the blades (see illustration).
• Clean the trimming head with the enclosed cleaning brush.

Note: do not clean the trimming head with water or other liquids. You can use disinfecting alcohol.

1. Drizzle a little oil on the blades. Use only the oil provided, which is specially designed for hair clippers. If there is too much oil, you can wipe it off with a dry cloth.
2. Wipe the clipper housing with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
3. Store the trimmer in a dry, dust-free place.
