How to insert the battery into the DO7032 trimmer?

Hold the device with the head facing down, turn the bottom of the body counterclockwise and remove it. Insert an LR06 (AA) alkaline battery respecting polarity (+/-) after removing the protective film. Replace the bottom of the body and turn clockwise until it stops.

How to turn the trimmer on and off?

This appliance has a two year warranty period. During this period the manufacturer is responsible for any failures which are the direct result of construction failure. OPERATION

Make sure that the appliance is in perfect working order. The nose/ear trimmer can only be operated with a 1,5V alkaline battery of type LR6.

INSERTING BATTERY

To insert or change the battery hold the appliance with the cutting heat downwards. The bottom of the housing can then be removed by turning anticlockwise. Insert the enclosed battery. Make sure that you have first removed the protective film from the battery.

Make sure that polarity is correct. Replace the housing bottom and turn it clockwise until it will turn no further.

When using the appliance, always use a mirror.

Clean the trimmer after use as described in the instruction booklet.

SWITCHIN THE TRIMMER ON AND OFF

Before use, pull off the protective cap, press the on/off switch and slide it upwards to switch the appliance on or slide it downwards to switch it off again.

USING THE CUTTER ATTACHEMENT

Remove the protective cap of the cutter attachment, turn the unit on the blade rotates and you can start trimming the small hairs in the nose and ear. The integrated light is useful aid here.

USING THE CONTOUR ATTACHEMENT

Switch off the appliance. Remove the cutter attachment for the nose/ear-hair trimmer from the appliance by turning it anticlockwise. The contour attachment is put on the housing by turning in clockwise direction whilst simultaneously applying pressure.

Draw the contour attachment along the skin at a flat angle from the top downwards without pressure.

Attention: Do not push the appliance from below upwards and do not draw it sideways. This could cause injury.

Caution: When cleaning the appliance, make sure that the battery compartment/ appliance bottom is firmly closed.

Do not immerse the appliance in water or in any other liquid.

CLEANING AND STORAGE

Hold the switched-off appliance with the cutting head upwards. To clean the cutter attachment, remove the cutting head upwards by turning it anticlockwise and rinse it

thoroughly under running water. Once it is completely dry, replace it by turning it in the clockwise direction.

Clean the contour attachment in the same way. Then replace the protective cap. Clean the appliance itself only with a dry cloth.

You can clean the contour attachment with the cleaning brush included in the supplied items.

Take out the battery if you are not using the appliance for a month or longer. This protects your appliance from damage if the battery should leak.

Place the appliance and contour attachment after use and cleaning in the supplied base station for storage.
