How to adjust the cutting height?

Use the dial or adjustable comb to select from 12 heights from 0.5 to 10 mm. Start with a long setting and gradually reduce.

Can the trimmer be used in the shower?

No, the body is not waterproof. Only the blades can be rinsed under water after removal. Wipe dry thoroughly before reassembling.

How long does it take to charge the battery?

Full charge takes about 8 hours. Use the provided USB cable and a power adapter (not included).

What to do if the trimmer does not turn on?

Check that the battery is charged. If the indicator does not light up during charging, try another cable or adapter. Contact customer service if the problem persists.

How to clean the blades?

Remove the cutting head, brush off hair residues with the provided brush, then rinse the blades with warm water. Dry them completely and oil before reassembling.

Can I use the trimmer while plugged in?

No, the DO7037 model operates only on battery. It cannot be used while charging.

Are the blades replaceable?

Yes, the blades are removable and can be replaced. Contact DOMO customer service or your retailer to order spare parts.

How often should I oil the trimmer?

Oil the blades once a week or after each cleaning to ensure a clean cut and extend lifespan.

Is the trimmer suitable for cutting long beards?

Yes, with settings from 0.5 to 10 mm, it can trim short to medium beards. For very long beards, use scissors first.

This appliance has a two year warranty period. During this period the manufacturer is responsible for any failures that are the direct result of construction failure. When these failures occur the appliance will be repaired or replaced if necessary. The warranty will not be valid when the damage to the appliance is caused by wrong use, not following the instructions or repairs executed by a third party. The guarantee is issued with the original till receipt. All parts, which are subject to wear, are excluded from the warranty.

If your device breaks down within the 2-year warranty period, you can return the device together with your receipt to the shop where you purchased it.

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

USE

1. Check the hair clipper and the cord for possible damage before using the appliance. Do not use the hair clipper when the appliance or the cord is damaged.
2. Make sure that the on/off button is switched off.
3. Unwind the cord and insert the plug into the power outlet.
4. Never use the appliance with wet hands.
5. Make sure that the hair to be trimmed is dry and clean.
6. Click the comb attachment of choice onto the shaver head. Make sure that the comb attachment is properly clicked into place before starting to shave.
7. Switch on the hair clipper by sliding the on/off button to the on position (1).
8. Tip: Start by shaving a small piece to get used to the comb attachment.
9. Start with the comb attachment for long hair. Then use shorter combs if necessary.
10. Shave slowly and against the hair growth direction.
11. Make sure that the comb attachment is as flat as possible during shaving.
12. Use the adjusting lever for more flexibility, so you can gradually trim the hair without changing the comb attachment.
13. Use the hair clipper without comb attachment for fine and detailed trimming.
14. Immediately switch off the hair clipper after use by sliding the on/off button to the off position.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Switch off the appliance, pull the plug from the power outlet and remove any comb attachment.
• Use the cleaning brush to remove the remaining hairs from the shaver head.
• Do not clean the shaver head with water or any other liquid, except medical alcohol.
• If the appliance is used regularly, it should also be oiled regularly. To do this, you can use the oil bottle that is included. Drip some oil onto the moving part (on the teeth) of the shaver head.
• Only use acid-free oil.
• Wipe off any excessive oil with a cloth.
