- Close supervision is necessary when the product is used near children or incapacitated persons. The device is not suitable for use by persons (including children) with a physical, sensual or mental limitation or a lack of experience and knowledge, irrespective of whether they are being supervised or have been issued with instructions in relation to the use of the device by a person who is responsible for their safety.

Operating principle
The insect-killer Fly Away plug-in Glue is designed to attract flying insects, such as flies, moths, mosquitoes, etc. using ultraviolet light. Insects flying towards the light of the lamp fly against the glue paper, making escape impossible. The Fly Away plug-in Glue insect-killer is highly efficient and safe. The special UV lamps are totally harmless to humans and pets. The insect-killer uses no chemicals or sprays, does not emit smoke or odours, produces no waste and is environmentally friendly.
Installation
When placing and installing the insect-killer, it is important to take the location of the device in the room/space into account.
- Hang the insect-killer centrally in the room; that way, the ultraviolet light can be dispersed better and attract insects from the entire area.
- The best height for the insect-killer is 1.5 to 2 metres off the ground, which is the most common flying height for insects.
- Install your insect-killer in a relatively dark place: not in direct sunlight (windows, doors), because bright sunlight weakens the insect-killer's radiation power. Artificial light does not weaken the radiation, but makes it work less well.
- Do not place the insect killer in draught. Insects avoid draught and/or air flows. Therefore, placing the insect killer in draught/air flows will render it ineffective.
