A. INFORMATION AND SAFETY WARNINGS
Instructions
IMPORTANT: Read carefully and keep them for future reference.
WARNINGS:
- This pushchair is suitable for use with children from birth up to 22 kg or 4 years (whichever the child reaches first).
- Once the child weighs 15 kg the safety straps must be used to limit the inclination of the backrest.
- Never leave the child unattended.
- Make sure that all the locking devices are engaged before using the product.
- To avoid injury, make sure that the child is kept at a safe distance during the unfolding and folding operations.
- Do not let the child play with this product.
- Always use the restraint system.
- Check that the fastening devices for the hood, the seat or the car seat are correctly engaged before using the product.
- This product is not suitable for running or skating.
- Never let the child stand up on the footrest or the footboard.
USAGE RESTRICTIONS:
- Use the most reclined position from birth up to 6 months.
-
The parking brake should be used when getting children in and out of the pushchair.
-
Any load attached to the handlebar and/or back of the back-rest and/or the sides of the pushchair will affect its stability.
- This pushchair has been designed to only carry one child, do not use it with more than one child at any time.
- Do not use accessories that have not been approved by JANÉ.
- Only use replacement parts supplied or recommended by JANE.
- Do not exceed the maximum weight indicated on the basket (4 kg).
- For baby carriers used with a chassis, this pushchair is not a substitute for a cot or a bed. If the child needs to sleep, you should put him in a suitable carrycot, cot or bed.

B. UNFOLDING
Release the folding catch found on the left rear leg.
Open the chassis pulling the handlebar upwards until you hear it click locked into place. 1 b

WARNING: It is essential to make sure that the child is kept at a safe distance when folding and unfolding this product.

WARNING: It is unavoidable that there are sharp points and places where fingers could get trapped during these operations.
C. BRAKE
Your ROCKET pushchair has a braking system that works simultaneously on both rear wheels. Use it as a parking brake whenever you can, it is an important safety element.
To put the brake on push the right brake pedal (red) down.

To take the brake off push the left brake pedal (green) down.

You should always put the parking brake on when getting the child in and out of the pushchair.

ATTENTION: Once you have put the brake on, make sure that the pushchair has braked correctly. It may be necessary to push the pushchair gently for the brake to be fully activated.
D. FITTING THE SAFETY HARNESS
The pushchair is fitted with a safety harness to keep your child safe at all times. Fasten the child in with the safety harness every time you use the pushchair.
To unfasten the belt system press the button in the middle of the harness until the straps come undone. 3 a
To fasten the belts bring the two side connectors together and then insert them in the harness until you hear them click into place. 3 b

Adjust the belts so they fit the child correctly and snugly. To adjust the length of the belts, slide the buckles upwards or downwards. Make sure that the belts are not twisted. 3 d
E. RECLINING THE BACKREST
The backrest of the pushchair can be reclined to carry the baby in the most comfortable position possible at all times. To lower the backrest pull the strap with the red logo on the back of the pushchair downwards to the required position. 4.
To raise the backrest pull the strap with the black logo upwards.


F. USING THE BACKREST
To use the pushchair with children under 6 months old, adjust the angle of the backrest to the most reclined position.
Adjust the harness to the lowest position. 5.b
15 KG AND OVER
To use the pushchair with children of 15 Kg ^+ and over, the safety straps must be used to limit the inclination of the backrest.
Pass the straps behind the backrest and fasten the plastic clips.

G. ADJUSTING THE FOOTREST
The footrest has two positions.
To lower it, simultaneously press the two buttons found underneath the seat to turn it downwards. To move it upwards there is no need to press the buttons, simply pull the footrest. 6.a-6.b

WARNING: Do not let the child stand up on the footrest or footboard.
H. PROTECTOR BAR
To detach the protector bar, pull it while simultaneously pressing the two levers. 7.a
The protector bar is fitted as shown in image 7.b, you will hear it

click into place,

ATTENTION: The child should be kept at a safe distance when the responsible adult is handling the mobile parts. It is unavoidable that there are sharp points and places where fingers could get trapped during these operations.

ATTENTION: Never lift the pushchair by the protector bar, it is not a carry handle.
I. HOOD
Push the hood forwards to open it.

Push the hood backwards to close it.

You ROCKET has an extendable visor concealed in the zip of the hood. 8 c
J. FOLDING
Take the child out of the pushchair.
Take everything out of the basket.
Slide the safety button to the left and simultaneously press the central button on the handlebar 9 a; press the handlebar downwards 9 b so the pushchair folds up fully. 9 c
Fold the footrest down for the pushchair to fold up more compactly.

WARNING: It is essential to make sure that the child is kept at a safe distance when folding and unfolding this product.

WARNING: It is unavoidable that there are sharp points and places where fingers could get trapped during these operations.
K. COMPATIBILITY WITH SMART, KOOS AND NEST
Compatible with the SMART portable carrycot.
Compatible with the KOOS i-Size and NEST baby carriers.

WARNING: Read the corresponding assembly instructions.
L. MAINTENANCE
Do not expose the upholstery to the sun for prolonged periods.
Clean the plastic parts with soap and warm water, and then dry all the parts thoroughly.
The upholstery can be taken off to be washed.
Regularly check the brakes, harnesses and fasteners that could suffer wear and tear from use.
For safely reasons and for the correct maintenance of this product, it is important that you get it checked from time to time at any of our official workshops.
M. GUARANTEE INFORMATION
This product comes with a guarantee in compliance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2015 of 24 July. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase, it will need to be shown at the establishment where you bought the product to certify the validity in the event of a complaint.
This guarantee does not include any defects or breakages caused by misuse of the article or by not following the safety and maintenance instructions listed on the instruction sheets and on the care labels, as well as any wear and tear issues through normal use and daily handling.
The label displaying the chassis number of your model should not be removed under any circumstances, it contains important information.
