This unit is used to transmit speech and singing.
It is intended exclusively for this purpose and may only be used for this purpose. It may only be used in the manner described in these instructions for use.
This device is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and/or knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.
The Malone device comes with microphones with integrated transmitters that are used for wireless signal transmission to the receiver unit. The system operates within the VHF spectrum (174 MHz - 216 MHz). The transmission range is approx. 100 m and depends on the local conditions. The units are designed for indoor use.
SAFETYINSTRUCTIONS

CAUTION
Risk of electric shock! To reduce the risk of fire and electric shock, do not remove the speaker cabinet. This device contains parts that are not accessible to the user. Repairs may only be carried out by qualified specialists.
- Read all instructions carefully and keep the user manual in a safe place for future reference.
- To prevent electric shock, do not expose the unit to moisture or wetness.
- Do not place the unit near liquids.
- Only clean the device with a dry cloth.

Do not place the unit near any heat sources. This includes heaters or other devices (including amplifiers) that generate heat.

To reduce the risk of electric shock in the event of a fault or malfunction, the unit must be connected to a grounded outlet. If you are not sure whether your outlet meets the requirements, seek advice from an electrician.
- Lay all cables so that no one steps on them and take care to lay the cables so that they are not kinked. This applies especially to all places where cables come out of the unit or the wall.
- Pull the plug out of the socket if there is a thunderstorm or if you will not be using the device for a long time. Do not pull the plug out of the mains socket by the cable, but hold it with your hand.

OPERATION
Initial start-up / charging the battery
Be sure to fully charge the internal battery of the unit before first mobile use (without mains power). To do this, connect the device to a standard household mains socket using the power supply unit.
The charging time is about 5 - 8 hours. The charging status is indicated by the charging LED ("CHARGE") on the back. The LED goes out as soon as the battery is fully charged.
Establishing a BT connection
Select the BT mode by pressing MODE several times. Activate BT on your smartphone/tablet/laptop. Connect to PSP-6AK.
Using the wireless microphones
Turn down the microphone volume (MIC VOL) completely before switching on the microphones. Replace the batteries with identical models as soon as you hear more noise or crackling.
