Instructions for use

You have chosen to purchase a high-quality product. Familiarise yourself with the product before using it for the first time.

Read the following instructions for use carefully.
Use the product only as described and only for the given areas of application. Store these instructions for use carefully. When passing the product on to third parties, please also hand over all accompanying documents.

Intended Use
This product was designed as a pannier for private use. The product is only intended for installation on and use with suitable bicycles. Do not transport unpackaged food in this product. Not suitable for transporting pets.

Safety Notices
Risk of injury!
- Keep packaging materials and small parts away from children. Suffocation hazard.
- Do not modify the product or the fasteners.
- Check the fasteners for damage and safe hold before every use.

Installation must not kink or pinch the Bowden cables!

Only mount the product to the bicycle in the designated location and in accordance with these instructions. Be sure the stability and geometry of the bicycle allow the installation of this product.
- The product may be loaded with max. 8kg per bag. Be sure adding this load does not exceed the weight limit of your bicycle.
- Please note, when loaded, this product will change the handling of your bicycle.
- Loose objects must be secured against falling out to protect you and other traffic from falls and accidents.
- The product must not cover reflectors or lights.
- Regularly check the fasteners on the product are secure.
- Load both products equally and secure items against falling out.
- Attention! Secure the carrying strap so they cannot catch in brake lines or the rotating wheel.
If necessary, remove the carrying strap and store inside the product.
- Do not park the bicycle on soft surfaces to prevent it from tipping. The stability of the bicycle can be increased by leaning it against a solid object.
Hazards due to wear!
- Only use the product in good condition.
- Check the product for damage and wear before every use. Product safety can only be guaranteed when regularly checked for damages and wear.
- Discontinue use if damaged.
- Protect the product from extreme temperatures, sunlight and moisture. Improper storage and product use can cause early wear, resulting in injuries.
Removing the carrying strap (Fig. B)
Remove the carrying strap as shown in Figure B. Make sure that the carrying strap does not get caught in brake components or moving wheels.
Inserting the reinforcement (Fig. C)
Position the bottom reinforcement (3) located inside the product to fit the bottom of the product.
Closing the product
- Open the closure on the carrying strap (2) and pull the corners of the bag opening outward (Fig. D).
- Roll the narrow bag opening (Fig. D).
- Close the closure of the carrying strap (1a) and pull tight so it is taut across the bag (Fig. E).
- Close the second closure (1b) over the carrying strap (1a) (Fig. E).
Note: fasten the end of the carrying strap (1a) to the clip (1c) so that it cannot get caught in brake components or moving wheels.
Use
Use the zip fastener bag and the net pocket to store small objects.
Using the rain cover (Fig. F)
A rain cover is located inside the bottom of the product. If necessary, remove and use to cover the product.
Installation (Fig. G)
- Hook the clips (1e) of the fasteners (1d) over the tube of the carrier.
- Wrap the hook-and-loop fastener (1f) around the tube of the carrier and close.
You may shift the bottom Velcro fastener (1g) to the right or left as needed:
- To do this, pull the Velcro fastener out of the Velcro fastener holder (1h).
- Thread one end of the Velcro fastener through the notches in the Velcro fastener holder, depending on the desired width.
Note: the exact position of the Velcro fastener depends on the position of the downward-facing bicycle rack rod that serves as an attachment.
- Wrap the bottom Velcro fastener around the downward-facing bicycle rack rod and fasten it.
Removal
To remove the product from your bicycle, first open the hook-and-loop fasteners and remove the fastener clamps.
Storage, cleaning
When not in use, always store the product clean and dry at room temperature.
IMPORTANT! Light soil can be removed with a damp cleaning cloth. For larger soiled areas, use water and a mild cleaner. Then wipe dry with a cleaning cloth.
Attention: Do not immerse in water!





Disposal
Dispose of the article and the packaging materials in accordance with current local regulations. Packaging materials such as foil bags are not suitable to be given to children. Keep the packaging materials out of the reach of children.

Dispose of the products and the packaging in an environmentally friendly manner.

The recycling code is used to identify various materials for recycling. The code consists of the recycling symbol - which
is meant to reflect the recycling cycle - and a number which identifies the material.
Notes on the guarantee and service handling
The product was produced with great care and under continuous quality control. DELTA-SPORT HANDELSKONTOR GmbH gives private end customers a three-year guarantee on this product from the date of purchase (guarantee period) in accordance with the following provisions. The guarantee is only valid for material and manufacturing defects. The guarantee does not cover parts subject to normal wear and tear that are thus considered wear parts (e.g. batteries) or fragile parts such as switches, rechargeable batteries, or parts made of glass.
Claims under this guarantee are excluded if the product has been used incorrectly, improperly, or contrary to the intended purpose, or if the provisions in the instructions for use were not observed, unless the end customer proves that a material or manufacturing defect exists that was not caused by one of the aforementioned circumstances.
Claims under the guarantee can only be made within the guarantee period by presenting the original sales receipt. Please therefore keep the original sales receipt. The guarantee period is not extended by any repairs carried out under the guarantee, under statutory guarantees, or as a gesture of goodwill. This also applies to replaced and repaired parts.
If you wish to make a claim please first contact the service hotline mentioned below or contact us by e-mail. If there is a guarantee case, then the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge to you or the purchase price will be refunded, depending on our choice.
Your legal rights, in particular guarantee claims against the respective seller, are not limited by this guarantee.
