Dscaling
To make sure that your coffee maker goes on producing perfect coffee you will need, from time to time, to descale it. Frequency will depend on how hard the water is in your area, and how often you use the coffee maker. If you use your coffee maker once or twice a day, the following guidelines for decaling should be used:
- Soft water: every 6 months.
Medium water: every 2-3 months. - Hard water: every 6-8 weeks.
If the time it takes to brew a can of coffee suddenly is increased it is recommended that the coffee maker is descaled. The hardness of the water can be advised at your local waterworks.

| 1 Fill the water tank to MAX mark with a descending solution. | |
| 2 Press the On/Off switch to start the run. | |

| 4 | Continue the run by pressing the power button again. Allow the remaining descaler solution to flow through. |
| 5 | Allow the device to cool down for 5 minutes. |
