This appliance is for private and indoor use only and must not be used commercially. Please read the instruction manual carefully and keep it at a safe place. When the appliance is given to another person the instruction manual should be passed to that person, too. Only use the appliance as described in the instruction manual and pay attention to the safety information. No liability for damages or accidents will be accepted, which are caused by not paying attention to the instruction manual.
Safety information

Connect and operate the appliance in accordance with the specifications shown on the rating label

The appliance can be used by children aged 8 and above and persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience/knowledge, provided that are supervised or have been provided with instruction in the safe use of the appliance and have understood the resulting dangers. Children must not use the packaging as a toy. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by children unless they are 8 years or older and are supervised.

- You must not wrap the grill with tin foil (accumulation of heat).
- You must not put any materials such as paper, cardboard, plastic etc. into the appliance.

- The backside of the appliance must be positioned direct at the kitchen wall.
- While using an extension cable, pay attention that children do not pull on or trip over it.
- To remove the stone or the pan, please use an oven cloth. Caution when liquids are in the pan - danger of burns.
Cleaning:
Ensure that the plug is pulled out of the socket and the appliance is cooled down completely, before cleaning.

Never immerse the appliance into water

Never immerse water on the window when it is still hot.

Clean the door, the metal parts in the interior and the surface with soap water. After that dry all washed parts with a dry cloth.

Don't use abrasive Materials, acid cleaners, or steel wool for cleaning.

Put into operation
Put the pizza pan on the driver of the rotary plate and place the pizza stone into the pan.

Set the thermostat to medium temperature and turn the switch to upper and lower heat. The red light shines and the green light clocks

Set the timer to 10 minutes
The device will pre-heat. After 10 minutes, open the lid and place the pizza onto the stone. Bake as described in the recipe suggestions.

If the pizza is not crispy enough, set the switch to lower heat and bake for further 5 minutes.

Do not place frozen pizzas with aluminum plates or any other packaging into the device. Do not cover with aluminum foil!
Pizza dough
500g flour
250ml water
1 pack of dry yeast
Salt
3 tbsp. olive oil
Put all ingredients into a large bowl and knead well with a mixer until the dough is smooth. Cover the dough with a towel and give it a rest in a warm room for 1,5 to 2 hours until its volume doubled. Put the dough on a table an briefly knead. Roll out the dough to 3 to 4mm . To avoid the dough sticks to the table, lightly add flour to the table.
Pizza sauce
Canned tomatoes
1 small onion, sliced
1clove of garlic, sliced
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt, basil, oregano
Sauté onions and garlic with oil in a pan. Add the sugar and leave to slightly caramelize. Add the tomatoes and simmer for about 15 minutes. Mix briefly with a stick blender and stir in the herbs. Spread the lukewarm sauce onto the pizza crust.
Pizza toppings
According to your taste you can add the pizza with tomato sauce and:
Salami / ham
Tuna / anchovy
- Mozzarella / gorgonzola
Onions /peperoni
Garlic
Oil / rosemary
Drizzle with good olive oil and place the pizza on the stone.
