  • Read these instructions careful- ly before switching on the appli- ance and keep them for future reference. Failure to follow and observe these instructions could lead to an accident.
  • Appliance is not designed for a continuous use or for an extend- ed period. As a security measure, the appliance is programmed to disconnect automatically after 90 minutes.
  • Only use the appliance with the specic detachable control unit provided (HP05B-030040).
  • This appliance is not for profes- sional or industrial or medical/ hospital use, it is intended for household use only.
  • This appliance must not be used by persons insensitive to heat or other vulnerable persons who are unable to react to over- heating.
  • Children under the age of three are not to use this appliance due to their inability to react to over- heating.
  • This appliance is not to be used by young children over the age of three unless the controls have been pre-set by a parent or guardian, or unless the child has been adequately instructed on how to operate the controls safety.
  • This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental ca- pabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

1. Cover with integrated heating pad

  • Make sure that all products’ packaging has been removed. USE:
  • Unroll the cable completely before plugging it in.EN
  • Ensure that the electronic connector is proper- ly attached to the appliance. (Fig. 1)
  • Connect the appliance to the mains.
  • Turn the appliance on, by using the selection knob.
  • Activate the temperature selector button. It will start at level 0 (no heating). Continue to press the button to increase the temperature up to 3, the maximum level.
  • As a security measure, the appliance is pro- grammed to turn off automatically after 90 min. of continuous use. If the appliance is stopped in this way, press the power switch again to reheat.
  • Select the desired temperature. STAND-BY FUNCTION:
  • In order to save energy, the appliance passes to stand-by after 90 minutes if the user does not use it.
  • To return to normal operation simply activate the appliance’s on/off button. ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED USING THE AP- PLIANCE:
  • Stop the appliance using the on/off switch. (Po- sition 0)
  • Unplug the appliance from the mains.
  • Clean the appliance. CLEANING
  • Disconnect the appliance from the mains and allow it to cool before undertaking any cleaning task.
  • Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few drops of washing-up liquid and then dry.
  • Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH such as bleach, or abrasive prod- ucts, for cleaning the appliance.
  • The pillow may be washed by hand or on the WOOL or DELICATES setting of the washing machine- at a temperature of up to 30ºC. Re- move the control before washing. The control must never be submerged in water.
  • Dry the product immediately after any clean- ing task making sure that the appliance inlet is perfectly dry.
  • The pillow has a removable inner padding that can be washed by hand or machine at a tem- perature that does not exceed 30 ºC.
  • Do not use the pad if the removable cover is not completely dry.
  • Never submerge the connector in water or any other liquid or place it under running water. WHEN NOT IN USE, STORE AS FOLLOWS:
  • Let the appliance cool down before putting it away.
  • When the appliance is not in use, keep in a dry place and avoid placing heavy objects on top as they could damage the cables.
  • Avoid creases forming. Check the appliance and power cord frequently to make sure they are in perfect condition.
