We congratulate you on the purchase of your new product. You have chosen a high quality product. Familiarise yourself with the product before using it for the first time. In addition, please carefully refer to the operating instructions and the safety advice below. Only use the product as instructed and only for the indicated field of application. Keep these instructions in a safe place. If you pass the product on to anyone else, please ensure that you also pass on all the documentation with it.
Intended use
This product is intended for keeping drinks both warm and cold. Other uses or modification of the insulated flask shall be considered as improper use and may lead to injury or damage. The manufacturer will not accept liability for loss or damage arising from improper use. The product is not intended for commercial use.

Never leave children unsupervised with the packaging material and product. Danger of suffocation from the packaging and burns from hot liquids. Children rarely understand the dangers.
CAUTION! RISK OF BURNS! The product is not a toy! Do not leave children unattended with the product. Children are often unaware of dangers and could burn or injure themselves.
CAUTION! RISK OF BURNS! Please take care when pouring hot liquids. Avoid skin contact. You could burn or in- jure yourself as a consequence. Never drink hot liquids directly out of the insulated flask.
CAUTION! Do not use to store or carry carbonated drinks.
Do not fill the product with alcoholic or oily liquids.
In order to minimise bacterial growth, do not use to keep warm milk products or baby food.

FOOD SAFE! This product does not influence taste and odour characteristics.
Pre-heat or pre-cool the container with water to ensure efficient use. Never use microwave or conventional ovens for this purpose.
Do not use any sharp objects to stir liquids in the insulated flask.
Never place this product in the dishwasher and do not immerse it under water.
Do not place the product down on hot surfaces (e.g. hobs).

Always stand the insulated flask upright on a level, flat surface, such as a tabletop. Any other position could result in the contents of the insulated flask leaking.

CAUTION! RISK OF BURNS!
Please remember when touching the insulated flask that it can become hot while being filled with hot liquids.
- Never stand the insulated flask on hot surfaces. Risk of product damage.
- Instructions for use
CAUTION! RISK OF BURNS! The drinking cup can become hot when hot liquid is poured into it. Take suitable precautions to prevent injury to your hands.
Clean this product thoroughly with warm water before initial use or after storage.
Keeping liquids longer hot: Warm up the insulated flask with hot water for about 5 minutes.
Keeping liquids longer cold: Cool the insulated flask with ice cold water for about 5 minutes.
Note: Do not fill the insulated flask with ice cold water directly after the insulated flask has contained a hot liquid. Cool the insulated flask with lukewarm water first.
To fill the insulated flask, screw off the screw lid and pour in the liquid.
The insulated flask achieves its optimum heat or cold retention time when it is completely filled. Screw the screw lid 1 back on again after filling.
Note: The maximum filling level for this insulated flask is 5cm under the rim of the insulated flask.
Pouring the liquid out of the insulation flask:
- Screw off the screw lid [1] (Fig. A).
- Pour the desired amount of liquid into a drinking cup [2] (Fig. B).
- Tighten the screw lid 1 to close the insulation flask again.
Store the insulated flask after it has been emptied and cleaned so that it is open and can dry out thoroughly.
- Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaning the stainless steel liner:
Clean this product after every use with hot water and a mild detergent. Rinse with cold water.
Clean this product with hot water and lemon juice or vinegar at regular intervals to avoid calcium deposit build up.
Clean the inside of the insulated flask at regular intervals with a solution of bicarbonate of soda and hot water to remove any stains. Leave the bicarbonate of soda and water mixture to work for at least 2 hours. Afterwards rinse out the insulated flask with clean water.
After cleaning, stand the product open and without the screw lid 1 until all the parts are completely dry.
Cleaning the insulated flask:
Clean the main body of the insulated flask and or for damage to fragile parts, e.g. switches, the stopper with a damp cloth. rechargeable batteries or glass parts.
Dry the product with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Never use bleach or abrasive cleaners to clean this product.

Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to dispose of your worn-out product.
Warranty
The product has been manufactured to strict quality guidelines and meticulously examined before delivery. In the event of product defects you have legal rights against the retailer of this product. Your legal rights are not limited in any way by our warranty detailed below.
The warranty for this product is 3 years from the date of purchase. Should this product show any fault in materials or manufacture within 3 years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it - at our choice - free of charge to you.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Please keep the original sales receipt in a safe location. This document is required as your proof of purchase. This warranty becomes void if the product has been damaged, or used or maintained improperly.
The warranty applies to defects in material or manufacture. This warranty does not cover product parts subject to normal wear, thus possibly considered consumables (e.g. batteries)
Warranty claim procedure
Please have the till receipt and the item number (e.g. IAN 123456_7890) available as proof of purchase.
You will find the item number on the rating plate, an engraving, on the front page of the instructions for use (bottom left), or as a sticker on the rear or bottom of the product.
If functional or other defects occur, please contact the service department listed either by telephone or by e-mail.
You can return a defective product to us free of charge to the service address that will be provided to you. Ensure that you enclose the proof of purchase (till receipt) and information about what the defect is and when it occurred.
