This appliance is intended for domestic household use only and should not be used for any other purpose or in any other application, such as for non-domestic use or in a commercial environment.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
◆if the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

Hand wash
◆The appliance is an overblanket.
The appliance is only to be used with the types of detachable control unit or detachable transformer that is marked on the appliance.
When not in use, store as follows.
When storing the appliance, allow it to cool down before folding.
Do not crease the appliance by placing items on top of it during storage.

Examine the appliance frequently for signs of wear or damage. If there are such signs, if the appliance has been misused or does not work, return it to the supplier before switching it on again.
This appliance is not intended for medical use in hospitals.
Do not use if wet.
This appliance must not be used by persons insensitive to heat and other very vulnerable persons who are unable to react to overheating.
Children under the age of three are not to use this appliance due to their inability to react to overheating.
The appliance should not be used on a an adjustable bed.
*Check that the blanket and cord do not become trapped or rucked, for example in hinges.
The appliance is not to be used by young children over the age of three unless the controls have been pre-set by a parent or

guardian, or unless the child has been adequately instructed on how to operate the controls safely.
When the appliance is likely to be used for an extended period, for instance by the user falling asleep, controls should be adjusted to a setting recommended for continuous use.
The switch or control unit must not be allowed to get wet during washing and that during drying the cord must be positioned to ensure that water does not flow into the switch or control.

When using your appliance, in order to reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, and/or injury to persons, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- Only use the appliance as an OVERBLANKET – Do NOT use it as an underblanket.
- Keep the power supply cord and control outside the bed.
- Only use the controller provided.
- Do not cover the controller.
- Do not coil or lay the lead on the overblanket.
- Keep the overblanket flat during use.
- Do not use a hot water bottle when using the overblanket.
- Do not switch the power on if the overblanket is in a folded state.
- Switch off the overblanket and remove the plug from the mains socket when you are going out or not using the overblanket.
- Regularly inspect the supply cord, plug, controller and overblanket for any damage. If damage is found, immediately stop using of the overblanket.
- Should you have any concerns about health issues, consult your doctor before using the overblanket.
- If you experience any pain or discomfort while using the appliance, stop using it immediately.

This overblanket is intended for warming the human body. It may only be used as a cover.
- Connect the power cable connector to the overblanket connector.
- Ensure the connector is pushed home until the locking catch engages.
Locking catch

- Plug the controller into the closet mains socket and press to turn on the appliance.
- The display will show 1, indicating the heat setting is 1.
Preheating the bed
- Repeatedly press ⚙ on the controller to select the desired heat level.
DO NOT SLEEP WITH THE OVERBLANKET ON THE PREHEAT SETTING.
- Heat settings:

| 3-4 | Medium heat |
| 5-6 | High heat |

- It is recommended to set the heat level to medium or high level for 1 to 2 hours before sleeping on the bed and then you can set the heat level to the low level or turn off the appliance.
- When the overblanket is not in use, switch off the controller and then remove the plug from the mains socket.

- Safety Timer: The appliance has a built-in timer and will automatically switch off after 3 hours. The auto-off indicator light will illuminate.
- To switch back on the appliance, first press ^10 and then repeatedly press ^11 on the controller to select the desired heat level.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Switch off and remove the controller from the overblanket before cleaning.
The power cable must NEVER come into contact with water. It is recommended to wash the overblanket only if it becomes dirty or dusty. Before using the overblanket, make sure it is completely dry.
Machine washing
The overblanket may be washed on the Delicate Wash setting of washing machine at a maximum temperature of 30^ C.
Drying
Hang the overblanket to air dry naturally in a horizontal position until completely dry.
Do not expose to direct sunlight.
Do not dry with a hair dryer or heater.
Maintenance
Examine the overblanket regularly to check that there are no signs of wear or damage. If any damage/wear is spotted, do not use the overblanket and seek specialist advice. If the mains lead or controller is damaged, do not open or attempt to repair them as they must be serviced by a qualified person.
Storage
When not in use, allow to cool and dry then fold neatly but not tightly (or roll) in the original packaging without sharp bends in the heating element.
Store where no other objects will be placed upon it in a cool dry place.
