General Power Tool SafetyWarnings - Work area safety

General Power Tool SafetyWarnings - Electrical safety

General Power Tool SafetyWarnings - Personal safety

a) Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when open power tool. Do not use a power tool while you are tired or under the influ- drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment of inattention while operating power to may result in serious personal injury.
b) Use personal protective equipment. Always wear eye protection. Protective equipment such as a dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat or hearing protection used for appropriate conditions will reduce personal injuries.

Power tool use and care

a) Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application. Correct power tool will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was designed.
b) Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and off. Any tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be repa

c) Disconnect the plug from the power source and/or remove the battery pack detachable, from the power tool before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power tools. Such preventive safety measures reduce t risk of starting the power tool accidentally.
d) Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow personal unfamiliar with the power tool or these instructions to operate the power tool. Power tools are dangerous in the hands of untrained users.
e) Maintain power tools and accessories. Check for misalignment or binding c moving parts, breakage of parts and any other condition that may affect the tool's operation. If damaged, have the power tool repaired before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained power tools.
f) Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools with a cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier to control.
g) Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc. in accordance with these instructions, taking into account the working conditions and the work to be performed. Use of the power tool for operations different from those intended could result in a hazardous situation.
h) Keep handles and grasping surfaces dry, clean and free from oil and grease. Slippery handles and grasping surfaces do not allow for safe handling and co of the tool in unexpected situations.

Service

Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the power tool is maintained. Please pay attention to the stability of magnetic drill when working at high altitude, so as to prevent the machine from falling down.

Vibration Safety

This tool vibrates during use. Repeated or long-term exposure to vibration may cause temporary or permanent physical injury, particularly to the hands, arms shoulders. To reduce the risk of vibration-related injury:

a. Anyone using vibrating tools regularly or for an extended period should first be examined by a doctor and then have regular medical check-ups to ensure m problems are not being caused or worsened from use. Pregnant women or p who have impaired blood circulation to the hand, past hand injuries, nervous system disorders, diabetes, or Raynaud's Disease should not use this tool. If feel any symptoms related to vibration (such as tingling, numbness, and white blue fingers), seek medical advice as soon as possible.

b. Do not smoke during use. Nicotine reduces the blood supply to the hands, fingers, increasing the risk of vibration-related injury.

c. Wear suitable gloves to reduce the vibration effects on the use.

d. Use tools with the lowest vibration when there is a choice.

e. Include vibration-free periods each day of work.

f. Grip tool as lightly as possible (while still keeping safe control of it). Let do the work.

g. To reduce vibration, maintain the tool as explained in this manual. If any abnormal vibration occurs, stop use immediately.

Grounding Safety

TO PREVENT ELECTRIC SHOCK AND DEATH FROM INCORRECT

GROUNDING: check with a qualified electrician if you are in doubt as to wh the outlet is properly grounded. Do not modify the power cord plug provided the charger. Do not use the charger if the power cord or plug is damaged. damaged, have it repaired by a service facility before use. TWIST DRILL BIT INSTALLATION

1. Insert the arbor into the spindle and secure it by attaching the set screw tightening them with the M5 hex wrench.

1. Slide the chuck onto the arbor until it is locked into place.

1. Loosen the chuck's jaws by inserting the chuck wrench into either hole or chuck and turning it counterclockwise.

1. Mount your twist drill bit (not included) into the chuck and turn the chuck wrench clockwise until the bit is locked in place.

WARNING: ALWAYS remove adjustment wrenches before use.

ANNULAR CUTTER/CORE DRILL BIT INSTALLATION

1. Insert the pilot pin into the top hole of your core drill bit (not included).

1. Fit the bit onto the spindle, locking it in place by attaching the set screw tightening them with the M5 hex wrench.

WARNING: ALWAYS remove adjustment wrenches before use.

1. Locate with a pilot pin first within the center position marked or marker.
2. To start drilling, you must press the annular cutter slowly, allowing the cut to touch the steel plate carefully. The feed rate should be reduced by 1/3 w the completion of a drilled hole is near.

NOTE: The annular cutter should always be in the cooling state during cutting. The best cooling method is with cooling device. Flow of the coolant should not be less than 47cc / min .

For those materials which create a large amount of fine powder, such as cast and cast copper, coolant can not be used. Compressed air can be used instead for chip removal.

1. Pay attention to whether chips are winding. Withdraw the cutter and remove chip to avoid cutter damage due to squeezing.

2. In the case of the slug sticking in the inner bore, adjust the bit blade by a cutter body with a metalloid bar till the slug drops off. Never use hard object tap the edges of teeth to prevent damage to the sharpening edges.

3. Slug sticking occurs due to the following :

Edges of teeth dull or damage.	Replace with a new cutter.
Gap of sidewalk is too large.	Reduce gap of sidewalk.
Cooling is not sufficient.	Increase the flow of coolant.
Feeding too large or too hard w drilling through steel plates.	Slow down.
Spring of the arbor breaks.	Replace new spring.

1. In order to avoid the influence of magnetic suction, clear out the iron filir clutter at the bottom of the magnetic base before drilling.

TROUBLE SHOOTING INSTRUCTION

	Small adsorbable surface.	Change the adsorption surface or temporarily weld the thick adsorptiessurface.
Elliptical holes appear in the drilling holes.	The vibration caused the fastener to loosen.	Tighten the fastener after correcting the verticality.
	The drill cuts only on	Regrinding bit.
There is debris on th adsorption surface.	Remove clutter.
