1. Scope of delivery

The mul-funconal oven from Arendo is an ideal kitchen appliance that permits you to fry, dehydrate, rotang grill, roast, bake, au granate, toast, warm and cook. Large quanes can be prepared owing to the high capacity of 12 litres.

Check if the product and the components are intact and if the appliance is work- ing properly when using it for the rst me. Take the appliance out of the package and remove all the packaging material. Clean the appliance before using it for the rst me. Heat the mul-funconal oven for about 10-15 minutes. door and remove the appropriate tray (kebab accessories, rotang cage, rotat- ing skewer for roast/poultry, frying container or dehydraon tray). Place it on a heat-resistant surface. Remember that the inner part of the mul-funconal oven and the accessories used can sll be hot.

10. If the food item sll needs to be cooked for some me more, set the me and

9. Cleaning and Care

Cauon! Following parts are dishwasher safe: Kebab accessories (6 + 7), rotang cage (8), rotang skewer for kebab/ roasng / poultry (5/10 + 11), frying container (12) and trays (13 + 14) Disconnect the power cable from the mains socket and make sure that the appli- ance is not carrying current. Clean the container using warm soapy water. Do not use any strong or aggressive cleaning agents or scouring agents. Then rinse all the parts thoroughly and allow them to dry adequately. Please wipe the outer body with a clean, damp cloth and then dry it thoroughly. Pull the grille out of the guides towards the door and wipe it with a slightly damp cloth. Remember to insert the grille again before using the appliance. Cauon! Ensure that water does not get into the switching mechanism or into the appliance. Otherwise, there is a risk of electric shock. Never immerse the oven in water!

Then, heat 300ml of vegetable stock with the fennel and allow the quinoa to cook in it for 10 minutes. Then remove the quinoa from the stove and keep it aside for 10 more minutes. In the meanme, cut the pep- pers below the stalk into circular pieces and detach them carefully with the core. De-core the peppers completely. Also peel and chop the shallots and garlic. Then slice the mushrooms and sauté them briey with the curry powder, the shallot and garlic pieces in a pan. Finally, mix the quinoa with the mushrooms and add parmesan and ll the peppers with it.   • 1-2 tablespoons of sunower oil/rapeseed oil/olive oil First, peel the potatoes or wash them thoroughly for wedges. Then cut them into strips of about 1cm thick or into pieces and put them in cold water for 10 minutes42 English to dissolve the starch from the potatoes. Now turn the strips over in the oil and season them with pepper and salt. Finally bake the French fries or wedges in the Arendo mul-funconal oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes unl they become crispy.   • 70g chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
  • 1 packet baking powder Inially, heat the chocolate with buer in a steel pan gently, by srring it con- stantly to prevent the chocolate from being burnt. Then allow it to cool down briey. In the next step, beat the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar with a pinch of salt in a bowl. Then add the chocolate mix to the our, nuts and a pinch of baking powder and sr. Then place a baking paper on the Pizza tray and pour the dough on it and spread it evenly. Slide the tray into the Arendo mul-funconal oven and bake the dough at 180°C for 18 - 20 minutes. To ensure that the dough is creamy inside, insert a wooden skewer into it. Once the dough is crispy outside, a small amount of dough should sll be scking to the wooden skewer.
