How to turn on and connect the JBL Tune 777NC?

Press the power button to turn on the headphones. The LED flashes blue. Enable Bluetooth on your device and select JBL TUNE 777NC from the list. To return to pairing mode, turn off then press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.

What is the battery life?

Battery life varies by usage: up to 70 hours of playback with Bluetooth active and noise cancellation off, 44 hours with Bluetooth and noise cancellation on, and 30 hours with noise cancellation on but Bluetooth off.

How to use active noise cancellation (ANC)?

Active noise cancellation (ANC) can be activated via the controls on the earcup or through the JBL Headphones app. You can switch between ANC, Ambient Aware, and TalkThru as needed.

Can I connect the headphones to multiple devices simultaneously?

Yes, the multipoint connection feature allows connecting up to 2 devices at the same time (e.g., a phone and a computer). Automatic switching between sources.

How to reset the JBL Tune 777NC to factory settings?

To factory reset, turn off the headphones. Press and hold the Volume + and Volume - buttons for about 5 seconds until the LED flashes purple. The headphones will restart.

How to charge the headphones?

Use the supplied USB-C cable and a 5V/1A charger (power between 2.5W and 5W recommended). Full charge time is about 2 hours. An LED indicates charging status.

What to do if the Bluetooth connection is unstable?

Make sure the headphones and device are close (less than 10 meters). Try turning Bluetooth off and on, or resetting the headphones. Check that the firmware is up to date via the JBL Headphones app.
