FUNCTIONANDPURPOSE
This equipment is designed to keep chilled food at properserving temperatures in commercial food service operations. Cold food stations are not intended or designed to cool chill food. Food must be prepared and placed in food stations at properserving temperatures. Equipment is not intended for household, industrial or laboratory use.

- This equipmentistobeusedonaflat, levelsurface.Controlsneed tobeaccessibleataltimesofoperation.
- Theremustbeaminimumof24inches(61cm)ofclearspacein frontofeachvent.
- Sufficientairflowmustbeallowedaroundtheequipment.Blocking theairflowcouldcausetheequipmenttooverheat.

NOTICE: Donotusefoodpansdeeperthan6"(15.2cm).
- Open the access door and check that the rain valve is in the closed position.
- Plugelectrical power cord into a grounded outlet matching the nameplaterated voltage.
- PlacethepowerswitchintheONposition. This equipment does not have an adjustable temperature setting.

Allow the equipment torun for approximately 30 minutes. For the best performance when using icewith this equipment, allow equipment torun for approximately 2 hours before adding ice. This will help the iceremainsolid.

Placecontainers of properly chilled food into the pre-chilled equipment.

Regularly check the food temperature.
NOTICE:Monitorfoodtemperaturecloselyforfoodsafety. The UnitedStatesPublicHealthServicerecommendsthat foodbeheldatamaximumof41°F(5°C)tohelpprevent bacteriagrowth.
- When finished using the equipment placethe powers switch in the OFF position.
CLEANING

- Rotatethedrainvalvetotheclosedposition.
