FUNCTIONANDPURPOSE
Thisequipmentisdesignedtokeepchilledfoodatproperserving temperaturesincommercialfoodserviceoperations.Coldfoodstations arenotintendedordesigntedocoolorchillfood.Foodmustbe preparedandplacedinfoodstationsatproperservingtemperatures. Equipmentisnotintendedforhousehold,industrialorlaboratoryuse.
POSITIONINGANDCLEARANCE
NOTICE: Donotmovethequipmentbypushingorpullingonthe breathguard.
- This equipmentistobeusedonaflat, levelsurface. Controlsneed to be accessible at all times of operation.
- Theremustbeamimumof24inches(61cm)ofclearspacein frontofeachvent.
Sufficientairflowmustbeallowedaroundtheequipment.Blocking theairflowcouldcausetheequipmenttooverheat.

Donotoverfillpansortrays.Liquidcouldcontacttheelectrical componentsandcauseashortcircuitoranelectricalshock.
NOTICE:Usingavoltageotherthanenameplateratedvoltagewill causedamage totheunit. Incorrect voltage, modification tothepowercordorelectricalcomponentscandamage unitandwillvoidthewarranty.
NOTICE: Donotusefoodpansdeeperthan6' (15.2cm).
- Open the access door and check that the drain valve is in the closed position.
- Plugelectricalpowercordintoagroundedoutletmatchingthe nameplateratedvoltage.
- PlacethepowerswitchtheONposition. Thisequipmentdoesnot haveanadjustabletemperaturesetting.
- Allow the equipment torun for approximately 30 minutes. Forthe best performance when usingicewiththisequipment, allow equipment torun for approximately 2hoursbeforeaddingice. This will help the icer remainsolid.
- Place containers of properly chilled food into the pre-chilled equipment.
- Regularly check the food temperature.
NOTICE: Monitor food temperature closely for food safety. The United States Public Health Service recommends that foodbeheldatamaximumof 41^(5^) tohelpprevent bacteriagrowth.
- When finished using the equipment, place the power switch in the OFF position.
CLEANING

Tomaintaintheappearanceandincreaseservice life,clean your equipmentdaily.

1.PlacethepowerswitchtheOFFposition.
2.Unplugtheequipment.
3. Open the access door and rotatethrainvaltotheopen position. Drainthewater.

4.Useadampclothspongedippedinsoapywatertcleanthe insideofthewellandtheoutsideofthequipment.
5. Thoroughlyrinsequipmentwithcleanwateraftercleaning.
6.Rotatethedrainvalvetotheclosedposition.
CleanTheBreathGuard
Alwaysuseacleansoftmintfreeclothormicrofibercloth.
Cleanwithaneutralcleanerssuchasolutionofwarmwateranda smallamountofdishdetergentorproductsspecificallymadefor cleaningPlexiglas®andacrylicplastic.

- Donotusepapertowels, abrasivematerials, scratchingcleansers, razorblades, brushes, steelwoolorscouringpads, such asScotch Brite™ pads.
- DonotuseWD-40® or petroleum, industrial or commercial cleaning products.
RemovingMinorScratches
Finescratchescanberemovedwithaspecializedmildabrasivepolish suchasNovus#2,orNovus#3.Heavierscratchesmayrequiresanding andbuffing.Handsandwithseriesofsandpaperswithincreasingly finergrits(250,400,600).Thenuseabuffingwheelandbuffing compound.
