- When using this product in a dry environment, you may feel a tingling sensation in your ears. This is caused by static electricity accumulated on your body, not by a headphone malfunction.
- Do not store the headphones under direct sunlight, near heating devices or in a hot, humid or dusty place. Do not allow the headphones to get wet.
- When this product is used for a long time, the headphones may become discolored due to ultraviolet light (especially direct sunlight) or wear.
● The cable may become caught or severed if product is placed in a bag or pocket without adequate protection. Always store the product in the included pouch. - Connect/disconnect the cable by holding the plug. Pulling directly on the cable can result in a broken wire and the risk of electric shock.
● Reception on the headphones is available only through the mobile telephone network. Please note that performance of other types of phone reception (phones using other wireless applications) cannot be guaranteed. - If you use the headphones close to an electronic device or transmitter (such as a mobile phone), a noise may be generated in the headphones. In this case, keep headphones away from the electronic device or transmitter.

● The provided airplane conversion adapter may not be compatible with certain types of aircraft devices. - Do not use these headphones when the use of electronic devices is prohibited on the airplane, or when the use of personal headphones with the aircraft's audio service is prohibited.
- Do not forcibly bend the neck band. Failure to observe this caution could cause broken wires or malfunction.
Simultaneous use with other devices
Failure, such as the interruption of sound, may be caused by radio wave interference from devices that use the same frequency band (2.4GHz) as the headphones, including Bluetooth-enabled devices, devices using wireless LAN, digital cordless phones and microwaves. Similarly, because radio waves of the headphones may affect these devices, take the following precautions:
- Install the devices using the same frequency band (2.4GHz) away from the headphones.
- Do not use the product in hospitals, trains and aircrafts.
Instructions for Use
Any device which is connected to the headphones, needs to meet the Bluetooth standards established by Bluetooth SIG and be certified.
Even if the device meets the Bluetooth standards, it might not connect to the headphones, or the operation method and behavior may differ depending on the device's characteristics and specification.
Active Noise-Cancelling Function
This function works by picking up ambient noise from the surroundings (such as vehicle noise or noise from air conditioning units) using the miniature microphone that is built into these headphones, and generating opposite phase noise to cancel out the ambient noise.
The result is a substantial reduction in the amount of ambient noise you can hear.
*The noise-cancelling function of this device mainly operates to reduce noise at 300Hz or lower, which means it has almost no effect on noise that is above this frequency (such as telephone ringtones and voices).
*This function does not cancel all noise.
*Effectiveness of the noise-cancelling function may be limited when used in a quiet location or depending on the type of noise.
* A hissing noise can be heard when the NC switch is turned on. This is the sound of the noise-cancelling function operating, and is not a malfunction.

How to Connect
About Pairing
To connect the headphones to a Bluetooth device, the headphones need to pair (register) with the device. Once they are paired, you don't need to pair them again.
However, you will need to pair again in the following cases:
- If the headphones are deleted from the Bluetooth device connection history,
- If the headphones are sent out for repair,
• If the headphones are paired with 9 devices or more.
(The headphones can be paired with up to 8 devices. When you pair with a new device after pairing with 8 devices, pairing information for the device with the oldest connection date will be overwritten by information for the new device.)
How to Perform Pairing
* Read the user manual for the Bluetooth device.
* Place the Bluetooth device within 1 meter of the headphones to perform pairing correctly.
* Wear the headphones to confirm pairing by listening for sound.
1 When these headphones are turned off, press and hold the power button until the indicator on the Bluetooth transmitter/receiver flashes red/blue (about 6 seconds).

About the earpieces
About Earpieces Sizes
It may be difficult to hear the bass sounds if the earpieces do not fit snugly in your ears. These headphones come with silicon earpieces in four sizes (XS, S, M and L). At the time of purchase, the M size silicon earpieces are attached to the headphones. To ensure the best sound quality, it may be necessary to change the size to that which is best suited for you, and adjust the earpieces inside your ears for a snug fit.
Cleaning the earpieces
Remove earpieces from the headphones and clean them with diluted detergent. After cleaning, dry before use.
Replacing the earpieces
Remove each old earpiece, and mount the new earpiece over the stem up to the stem's base.
Note:
- Periodically remove and clean the earpieces as they become dirty easily. Using with dirty earpieces may cause the headphones themselves to become dirty, resulting in deteriorated sound quality.
- Earpieces are consumable parts which degrade through storage and use. If the fit has become loose or if the earpieces appear to have degraded, purchase replacements.
- When reattaching earpieces to the headphones, be sure to check that they are securely attached. Injury or illness may occur if the earpieces are left inside the ear.

natural_image
Illustration of a medical procedure involving a surgical tool and tubing (no text or symbols)Cleaning
Get into the habit of regularly cleaning your headphones to ensure that they will last for a long time. Do not use alcohol, paint thinners or other solvents for cleaning purposes.
● About headphones, Bluetooth receiver, and power supply section
Wipe the main unit with a dry cloth. Foreign matter can accumulate within the earpiece attachment.
Continued use while dirty can cause the earpiece to detach easily. Wipe the dirt away periodically. Avoid touching the sensitive port that emits sound; doing so can cause breakage or malfunction.
● About the cable, USB charging cable, connection cable, and neck band
Wipe your cables with a dry cloth after use if there is sweat or other dirt present. Using an unclean cable continuously will deteriorate and harden the cable, resulting in headphone malfunction.
- For long-term storage, keep the headphones in a well-ventilated place without high temperatures and humidity.
Other functions
Auto Power Off function
The headphones will automatically turn off after 5 minutes of not being connected to a device with the power turned on. *The NC switch is not linked to this function. Turn it OFF manually.
Reset function
If the headphones do not work or other malfunctions occur, refer to "How to Charge", attach the supplied USB cable to the headphones and to your computer, then press the Control button while holding down the power button. Pressing these buttons should resolve the problem. To reset the headphones again, start again from re-inserting the USB cable. If problem does not improve, please contact our service center.
