How to pair the ZeBuds Lite with my smartphone?

Download the MyKronoz app from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app, create an account or log in, enable Bluetooth on your smartphone, then follow the on-screen instructions. The white LED on an earbud will light up for one second to confirm pairing.

What is the battery life of the earphones and case?

The earphones provide up to 4 hours of listening. The charging case provides an additional 16 hours, for a total of about 20 hours.

How to charge the earphones and case?

Place the earphones in the charging case. Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the case. A full charge of the earphones takes about 1h30, and the case also recharges in 1h30. The case LEDs indicate the charge level.

Are the earphones water resistant?

Yes, they are certified IPX4, which protects against splashes and sweat. However, do not immerse them and do not use them in the shower or while swimming.

How to control playback and calls?

Double-tap the earbud for play/pause, answer or end a call. Triple-tap to activate voice command. A 3-second long press allows you to reject a call. You can use either earbud.

Can I use a single earbud?

Yes, you can use a single earbud for calls or listening. The controls work the same way on each earbud.

How to pair with another smartphone?

On Android, unpair the earphones via the MyKronoz app. On iOS, forget the device in Bluetooth settings. Then repeat the pairing procedure with the new phone.

What to do if the earphones do not connect?

Check that Bluetooth is enabled, the earphones are charged and in the case. Reset the connection by forgetting the device and restarting pairing via the MyKronoz app.

How to clean the earphones?

Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the earphones and case. Avoid liquids and abrasive products.

What is the warranty for the ZeBuds Lite?

The ZeBuds Lite come with a one-year international warranty from the date of purchase. For any claims, contact MyKronoz customer service.

Before the first time use, make sure to fully charge ZeBuds Lite inside their charging box with the USB-C cable for about 2 hours.

ZeBuds Lite and its charging case will reach maximum battery capacity in order to provide you with up to 20 hours playtime.

ZeBuds Lite can deliver about 4 hours of battery life. When reaching low battery level, you will hear an audio indication in your earbuds inviting you to put them back in the charging case to recharge them.

It will take about 90 minutes to fully charge your earbuds in the charging case. Once the charging case is fully charged, you can recharge your earbuds up to 4 times until it reaches low battery.

LED INFORMATION

There are 3 LED indicators in the charging case to indicate its built-in battery level.

3 LEDs ON = between 75% and 100%

2 LEDs ON = between 25% and 75%

1 LED ON = below 25% and requires your attention

LED OFF = 0% battery

PAIRING

In order to pair your ZeBuds Lite with your smartphone, please follow the below instructions:

- Search for the MyKronoz App in the App store or Google Play store, download and install the App on your mobile device.

- Open the MyKronoz App on your mobile device. Sign up if you are a new member or login with your existing account.

- Ensure the Bluetooth® is enabled on your mobile smartphone.

- Then follow the on-screen instructions.

- When your ZeBuds Lite are successfully paired, you will be notified on your mobile device's screen and white LED on either earbud will stay solid state for one second then turn off.

- You're now ready to enjoy your new ZeBuds Lite.

HOW TO PAIR WITH ANOTHER SMARTPHONE

Android user: To pair your ZeBuds Lite with another phone, please unpair ZeBuds Lite from MyKronoz mobile app first, then perform a new pairing procedure with another smartphone as mentioned above.

iOS user: To pair your ZeBuds Lite with another phone, please forget ZeBuds Lite from your iOS device's Bluetooth list, then perform a new pairing procedure with another smartphone as mentioned above.
