English KAIP121CBK1 Induction cooker Description The induction cooker is a device which uses induction heating for cooking food.
Suitable cookware Warning!
- Do not use cookware other than mentioned in the manual. Flat-bottom pans/pots with bottom diameter from 12 cm to 26 cm, made from steel, stainless steel, cast iron or enamelled iron. Safety General safety

- The manufacturer is not liable for consequential damages or for damages to property or persons caused by non-observance of the safety instructions and improper use of the device.
- The device is not intended to be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instructions concerning the use of the device by a person that is responsible for their safety.
- The device shall not be used by children. Keep the device and the mains cable out of the reach of children. Children shall not play with the device.
- Only use the device for its intended purposes. Do not use the device for other purposes than described in the manual.
- Do not use the device if any part is damaged or defective. If the device is damaged or defective, replace the device immediately.

- Press the power button. The power indicator comes on. The display shows “2000”.
- Slide the touch slider from left to right to increase the power.
- Slide the touch slider from right to left to decrease the power. Setting the temperature
- Press the temperature button. The temperature indicator comes on. The display shows “180°”.
- Slide the touch slider from left to right to increase the temperature.
- Slide the touch slider from right to left to decrease the temperature. Setting the timer
- Press the timer button. The timer indicator comes on. The display shows “00:00”.
- Slide the touch slider from left to right to set the hours.
- Slide the touch slider from right to left to set the minutes (5-minute steps).
- Press the timer button to conrm or wait until the display stops ashing.
- At the end of the countdown, a beep will sound and the device will go to standby mode. To cancel the function:
- Press the on/o button to go to standby mode. The timer indicator goes o.
- Press and hold the timer button to resume operation with the set power or temperature settings. The timer indicator goes o. Locking the device The device can be locked to prevent accidental operation.
- Press the lock button to lock the power button, the temperature button and the timer button. The lock indicator comes on. To cancel the function:
- Press the on/o button to unlock the device. The lock indicator goes o.
- Press and hold the lock button to unlock the device. The lock indicator goes o. Hints for use
- Insert the mains plug into the wall socket. A beep will sound and the indicators ash once. The on/o indicator starts to ash. The device is in standby mode.
- Place the cookware in the centre of the cooking zone.
- Press the on/o button to switch on the device. The on/o indicator lights continuously. The display shows
- Set the device according to your cooking requirements.
- After use, press the on/o button to set the device to standby mode. The on/o indicator starts to ash.
- Remove the mains plug from the wall socket.
- Allow the device to cool down completely. Error codes Description Solution

- Clean the outside of the device using a soft, damp cloth. If necessary, use a little neutral detergent. Thoroughly dry the outside of the device with a clean, dry cloth.
- Clean the ventilation openings using a soft brush.
