Read this manual carefully before running this appliance and save it for reference in order to obtain the best results and ensure safe use.

Read the operating instructions carefully before putting the appliance into operation and keep the instructions including the warranty, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the internal packing. If you give this device to other people, please also pass on the operating instructions.

GENERAL:

1. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must never play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must never be carried out by children without supervision.

2. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

3. Keep the appliance and the cable cord out of the reach of children less than 8 years old.
4. WARNING: In order to ensure your children's safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes,

polystyrene etc.) out of their reach.

1. If the supply cord is damaged it must be repaired by the Authorized Service Agent.
2. Never pull on the cord when unplugging.
3. Do not use the unit with a damaged cord or plug, or if it is not working properly.
4. Do not handle the appliance with wet hands.
5. Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
6. Make sure the appliance has been unplugged before cleaning.
7. This appliance must be installed following the national regulations for electrical installations.
8. This appliance is for household use only.
9. In case that you need a copy of the instruction manual, you can ask for it writing an email to [e-mail].
10. WARNING: In case of misuse, there is a risk of possible injury.

SPECIFIC:

• Never disassembly the basin unit

without consult qualified personnel.

• If the supply cord is damaged it must be repaired by the Authorized Service Agent.
• Do not add detergents, chemical solutions which are not made by our company into the unit.
• Any modifications or adjustments to the unit without our company's authorization may cause inconvenience and harm to the user.
• Please switch off the unit and disconnect the main supply immediately when the unit gives out strange smell or abnormal noise. In case repair is needed, it has to be done by qualified personnel.
• When the unit is operating, do not touch the water in the water bath or any part in the water with any part of your body.
• The appliance must be unplugged before filling or emptying, before cleaning or maintenance, after us and if it appears to be faulty.

Important notes for operation and maintenance:

1.Do not switch on the unit when there is no water in the water basin.
2. Do not clean the transductor with abrasive materials.
3. Do not put the unit into water, or let water into the basin unit during the cleaning.
4. As well, please check:

• Place the unit on a smooth and flat surface.
• Place the unit away from heat and direct sunshine.
• Direct mist should be away from furniture and electrical appliances.
• Keep the unit under normal room temperature, and do not use it under extreme cool temperature for unit harmless.
• Do not fill the water tank with the ejection tube of the air conditioning.

BEFORE START

What exactly is Relative Humidity?

Relative humidity is the percentage of the water vapor which is contained by the atmosphere. We normally mark it with %RH. Atmospheric air always contains water vapor, the percentage of which depends on the meteorological conditions. The higher the temperature is the more the air keeps water vapor. Therefore, we use the concept of "relative humidity". When the cold air is heated up to the comfort temperature in winter, the relative percentage of the water vapour falls, which means, the relative humidity drops. In order to keep a comfortable and health environment at home, we need some artificial addition of water or water vapour to room air - that's air humidification.

An ultrasonic humidifier uses a metal diaphragm vibrating at an ultrasonic frequency to create water droplets that silently exit the humidifier in the form of a cool fog. This forms an extremely fine mist of droplets about one micron in diameter that is quickly evaporated into the air flow.

USER INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place the base of unit on a smooth level surface.
2. Remove the water tank and fill it using room temperature water through the water filling hatch from underneath the tank.
3. Pour distiller water into the tank.
4. Always use distilled water and never add anything to the water (e.g. salt, oils, perfumes, etc. ...)

1. Ensure that you tighten the cap on the filling hatch securely.
2. Place the tank onto the base.
3. Plug the appliance into the power outlet with the adapter, turn on the ON/OFF & steam adjusting knob. The power indicator light should be illuminated in green colour once ready.
4. The mist intensity can be adjusted by turning the mist adjusting knob until the desired amount of mist is emitted from the nozzle.
5. The light will change automatically: purple-indigo-green-yellow-orange-red. To select one specific colour press the button when it appears or push the button until making it appears.
6. Ensure that the mist output nozzle is directed away from walls and furniture.
7. When the humidifier runs out of water, the appliance will automatically switch off the steam production mechanism.
8. The steam production time and emission quantity may vary depending on the water hardness.
9. If necessary, you can add scented oil in the holder intended for that use (Aroma tray), and never using the water tank.

OTHER FEATURES

In cold weather, windows, and even some walls may fog or develop frost from excessive indoor humidity. If this occurs, reduce the mist intensity setting to avoid damage from condensed water dripping on windowsills.

Too much humidity in the room may allow moisture to accumulate on surfaces where bacteria and fungi can grow. Collected moisture may also harm furniture, and walls, especially wallpaper.

To eliminate too much humidity, especially in a small room, leave the room door open, add adjust the mist intensity control setting.

When the unit is not to be used for a long time, clean and dry the it and store at a dry place in the original package.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

1. Switch the appliance off and unplug it.

2. Wipe the body of the appliance off with a soft damp cloth. If necessary use a little washing-up liquid.

3. Rinse the water tank with clean water after each use. To dry for storage, wipe with a soft clean cloth.
4. Do not use detergents to clean any part of the unit that normally contains water. Detergents can interfere with the performance of the unit.
5. Do not immerse the humidifier in water or any other liquid.
6. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents or solvents.

CHECK THE MALFUNCTION AND REPAIR

If your humidifier can't work, please ask the service department to repair:

Disposal of old electrical appliances.

The European directive 2002/96/EC on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), requires that old household electrical appliances must not be disposed of in the normal unsorted municipal waste stream.
