Instruction manual General Explanation of symbols The following symbols and signal words are used in this manual, on the device or on the packaging. Safety Intended use The appliance is designed for cleaning smooth, moisture-resistant floors. It is intended exclusively for private use and is not suitable for commercial purposes. Only use the appliance as described in this instruction manual. Any other use is considered improper and may result in material damage or even personal injury. This appliance is not a toy. The manufacturer or dealer does not accept any liability for damage caused by improper or incorrect use. Not suitable for vacuuming: - Coarse dirt - Burning / smoking particles (e.g. cigarette residues) - Sharp-edged objects (e.g. broken glass) - Very ne dust (e.g. construction dust) Safety notices CAUTION!

RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK

Faulty electrical installation or excessive mains voltage can lead to electric shocks.

Only connect the appliance if the mains voltage of the socket corresponds to the specifications on the rating plate of the power adapter.

Only connect the power adapter to an easily accessible socket so that you can quickly disconnect it from the mains in the event of a fault.

Do not use the appliance if it has visible damage or if the power adapter is defecti- ve. Information about potential material damage. NOTE! WARNING! Use a suitable mains adapter with an output voltage of max. 5 V (not included in the scope of delivery) to charge the battery of the appliance.

Do not under any circumstances open the housing of the appliance, but leave the repair to specialists. Contact a specialist workshop for this. Liability and warranty claims are excluded in the event of repairs carried out independently, improper connection or incorrect operation.

Only parts that correspond to the original unit data may be used for repairs. There are electrical and mechanical parts in this hand-held vacuum which are essential for protection against sources of danger.

Do not immerse the appliance or the power adapter in water or other liquids.

Never touch the mains plug with wet hands.

Keep the appliance and the power adapter away from open flames and hot surfaces.

Do not bend the mains cable and do not lay it over sharp edges.

Only use the appliance indoors.

Never store the appliance in such a way that it can fall into a tub or sink.

Ensure that children do not insert any objects into the appliance .

Do not leave the appliance unattended during operation.

When you are not using the appliance, during cleaning, or in the event of a fault, always turn the appliance off and remove the mains plug from the socket.

Do not allow children aged under 8 years or people with physical, sensory or mental handicaps or a lack of experience or knowledge use the appliance without supervision or instruction on the safe use of the appliance and potential risks.

Never allow children to play with the appliance. Keep children under 8 years of age away from the device and mains adapter.

Do not let children play with the packaging film.

Children can get caught in it while playing and suffocate.14

Instruction manual CAUTION! RISK OF EXPLOSION AND CHEMICAL BURNS! There is a risk of explosion if batteries and rechargeable batteries are handled improperly. Contact with leaking battery acid can cause burns.

The appliance has a permanently installed Li-ion battery.

Do not charge the appliance near heat sources to avoid overheating.

Do not heat the battery and never throw it into an open fire.

Avoid contact of battery acid with skin, eyes and mucous membranes. In case of contact with the acid, rinse the affected areas immediately with plenty of clean water and consult a doctor if necessary. RISK OF INJURY! WARNING! Failure to use the appliance correctly can result in injury to yourself or others.

Do not point the appliance at people or animals.

Do not use the appliance on surfaces covered with cement or other extremely ne-pored substances or substances that are toxic by inhalation. DANGER OF DAMAGE! IMPORTANT! Improper handling of the appliance can result in it being damaged.

Only use the appliance if the filters is inserted correctly.

Keep the appliance and the power adapter away from hot surfaces.

Never expose the appliance to high temperatures (heating etc.) or weather conditions (rain etc.).

Do not use the appliance if the plastic parts are cracked or deformed. Replace damaged components only with suitable original spare parts.15 Instruction manual

Before rst use DANGER OF DAMAGE! NOTE! If you open the packaging carelessly with a sharp knife or other pointed objects, the appliance may be damaged.

Open the packaging carefully.

1. Remove the appliance from the packaging.

2. Check that everything has been included.

3. Check whether there is any apparent damage to the appliance or its single components. If this is the case, do not use

the appliance. Contact the customer service address given in the Customer Service section. Assemble the appliance

Use CAUTION! DANGER OF FIRE! If you use the appliance to vacuum glowing ash, burning cigarettes or similar, the lters may catch re.

Do not vacuum any glowing or smouldering materials or objects. DANGER OF DAMAGE! IMPORTANT! Improper handling of the appliance can result in it being damaged.

Do not vacuum sharp particles.

Do not vacuum coarse particles (e.g. cement, stones, plaster or wood).

Make sure that the filters are correctly inserted and undamaged before switching on the appliance. Use

- Pull the tank upwards away from the main appliance - Open and ll with fresh water (do not use hot or boiling water!). Max. 50 °C) - Close and reattach to the main unit

- Place the dry or moistened mop pad on the oor - Place the cleaning foot in the centre of the mop pad so that the Velcro tape on the cleaning foot connects to the mop pad

spray mist is distributed in front of the mop and moistens the oor.

4. The vacuum function can be used to pick up small particles of dirt or

dust. This will remain enabled as long as the corresponding button (on the lower part of the handle) is held down.17 Instruction manual

IMPORTANT: the vacuum mop does not replace cleaning with a broom or hoover. Coarse dirt particles and large quantities of dirt cannot be picked up. Test the oor in an inconspicuous place to see whether it can tolerate the moisture from the spray mist. Storage Store the appliance in a dry place and protect it from excessive heat or direct sunlight. Cleaning and user maintenance DANGER OF DAMAGE! ATTENTION! Improper handling of the appliance may result in it being damaged.

Never immerse the appliance in water to clean it.

Make sure that no liquid gets into the motor unit.

Make sure that all parts, especially the filters, are completely dry before reassembling the appliance after cleaning.

1. Clean the appliance by wiping it with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, brushes

with metal or nylon bristles or sharp or metallic cleaning objects such as knives, hard spatulas and the like. These may damage the surfaces.

2. Empty the water tank after use.

3. Press the spray button for a moment to remove any remaining water from the pipe.

4. Clean the mop pad and allow it to dry completely before storing.

4. Clean the HEPA lter with a soft brush or tap to empty.

There is air in the water pipe. Press and hold the spray button for some time so that the air is pressed out of the pipe. Disposal (Applicable in the European Union and other European countries with separate collection systems for recyclable materials) Old appliances must not be disposed of with household waste! If the appliance can no longer be used, every consumer is legally obliged to dispose of old appliances separately from household waste, e.g. at a collection point in their municipality/neighbourhood. This ensures that old appliances are recycled properly and negative eects on the environment are avoided. This is why electrical appliances are labelled with the symbol shown here. Batteries and rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of with household waste! As a consumer, you are legally obliged to take all batteries and rechargeable batteries, regardless of whether they contain harmful substances* or not, to a collection point in your municipality/neighbour- hood or to a retailer so that they can be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner. Return the complete appliance (with the battery) to your collection point only when it is discharged! *labelled with: Cd = Cadmium, Hg = Mercury, Pb = Lead By disposing of your appliance properly, you too can help protect the environment and the health of your fellow human beings. Material recycling helps to reduce the consumption of raw materials.
