USER MANUAL HSMR 3313 CLATRONIC

This warns you of dangers to your health and indicates pos- sible injury risks. CAUTION: This refers to possible hazards to the machine or other objects. NOTE: This highlights tips and information. General Notes Before using this device, carefully read this user manual and keep it together with the Warranty Certicate, cashier receipt and if possible, the original package inclusive its interior pack- ing. If you hand on the device to any third person, include the user manual as well.

  • Use the device for private and its intended purpose only. The device is not intended for commercial use.
  • The power adaptor is only intended for use in dry environ- ment.
  • Ensure that the output voltage, currency and polarity of the power adaptor correspond to the nameplate specications!
  • Do not touch the power adaptor with wet hands!
  • Disconnect from mains power supply if not in use, when attaching accessories, during cleaning and when malfunc- tioning.
  • Regularly check the device and cable for signs of damage. Do not continue to operate the device in case of damage.
  • Do not repair the device by yourself. Please contact au- thorized personnel. In order to avoid hazards, a damaged mains cable must be replaced with an equivalent cable by the manufacturer, our customer service or any other quali- ed specialist.

Do not use this unit in close proximity to water if the power adaptor is connected (e.g. bath tub, wash basin or other containers lled with water).

  • Connect the power adaptor connector with one of the following jacks.
  • The socket directly at the bottom end of the unit.
  • Alternatively place the unit in the charging station. The socket is at the rear.
  • Plug the power adaptor into a wall outlet.
  • The charge indicator turns on during charging. NOTE: The charge indicator does not indicate the state of charge of the rechargeable battery.
  • Charge the unit before rst use for 14 hours.
  • Later charges take 14 hours as well. NOTE: The unit cannot be operated with mains power. CAUTION: After 14 hours always disconnect from mains power supply. NOTE: LIfETIME RECHARGEABLE BATTERY You can extent the lifetime of the rechargeable battery by following these steps:
  • Only charge after the battery is nearly exhausted.
  • Do not charge for more than 14 hours.
  • Charge the unit at temperatures between 0° and + 40°C. Clip and Cut Beard
